In order for us to fully reap the benefits of development we have to exist in the darkness.. Scaricty is seeded in us most times at such a young age we faintly recognise it.. Do you have fond memories of your Grandparents pantry being full of expired ingredients or mischelanious items.. (that may be a 3d indication of a lack mindset) -if anyonw grew up in a family that was afraid of throwing food away… -how is your closet or drawer space? do you hang on to old articles of clothing linked to different sentimental times in your past?  (were you the younger sibling that always recieved the hand-me downs or never had “Back to school” shopping sessioins so everything had to last .. -Do you distance yourself from friends because you feel guilty about indulging in a time well spent maybe having a drink or a good dinner??  Do you feel guilty for enjoying yourself.. (yeah, you too Im talking to you) and there are so many more things.. and ways we guard ourselves from moving on, taking up spce or letting go.. aall of these things are signs that you may have a scarcity mindset. And i wanna say (hello, lets hug.. lets talk about it.. to get through it) Becaause if this is the thing that is keeping you from expanding or meeting your goals..financially changing your outcome..  I wanna be apart of turning anew leaf.. I'm embodying a true sense of self.. one that exists without validation or really any outside force that makes me feel better or worse.. But one that makes me more curious and eager to explore deeper within myself.. deeper ways to find fulfilment and happiness.. Nothing has brought me more fulfilmnt than dedicating my life to a craft and building something from scratch.. theres nothing like it really.. because in the beginning stages of creating anything.. takes a level of curiosity and bravery to pull something out of nothing.. most dare not to do it.. not because doing it would be challenging or worth while.. but because it would maybe call to discover too much within ones self.. that if unprepared could shatter anyones own reality..   when I spoke or listened to people who brushed through this topic of relating I was still left feeling stuck..  without the proper tools, or someone with me at every stepp telling me what is ok..  where Icould have done better.. this is how to get a better outcome  out of your partner.. its challenging to navigate … Because after years of the same old things and noticing the repeating of the same cycles .. it takes a hit at your confidence  We begin to second guess our worth.. saying thngs like  “well maybe if i were this.. my partner would do that” “maybe if i had that mentorship.. Id be able to discern.. the xyz” so i could move better.. or like a woman i can be proud of.. and its all not 100% the case.. because  You can have it all.. and still have a not so good experience with relating.. no one is exempt but everyone has choices..  This is why we have to let go of whatever it was.. for us in the past and  start fresh where we are now.. This is why for us .. we have to be very intentional about what we choose..
