In this episode of Present Potential, we’re thrilled to welcome Alex Staniforth—a record-breaking adventurer, inspirational speaker, author, award-winning fundraiser, and founder of the national charity, Mind Over Mountains.

At just 29, Alex has faced challenges that most can only imagine: surviving two consecutive Mount Everest disasters, battling epilepsy, bullying, mental health struggles, and a lifelong stammer. Yet, Alex has turned adversity into a catalyst for growth, redefining resilience and purpose.

His remarkable achievements include becoming the fastest person to climb all 100 UK county tops, raising over £100,000 for charity, and inspiring countless others to overcome their own ‘Everests.’ I first met Alex during his keynote speech in Cyprus, which left a lasting impression on me and the audience.

Join us as Alex shares his extraordinary journey and the lessons he’s learned along the way.
