In this little episode I'm chatting about gut health. I was looking through my books the other day, came across and devoured Dr Emily Leeming's "Genius Gut". It's a book I've read before (I've also interviewed her on this very podcast) and it is absolutely AMAZING!I'm now feeling very inspired to sort my microbiome (and constipation) out and am chatting through some of the wisdom I've (re) learnt and why I think everyone needs to read it.

I have received SO many messages about constipation recently that I thought it would be useful to chat about where I'm at and the kinds of things I'm doing to help get things moving. I know that this is a bit of a gross subject matter but it's also such a common problem, particularly it seems amongst women over 40!Remember that I'm not an expert and am only sharing what I've learnt from experts I've spoken to.
