It's a book I've read before (I've also interviewed her on this very podcast) and it is absolutely AMAZING!I'm now feeling very inspired to sort my microbiome (and constipation) out and am chatting through some of the wisdom I've (re) learnt and why I think everyone needs to read it.

It was paticularly nice to catch up with the lovely Dr Emma Craythorne and her friend and colleague Dr Ellie Rashid.
