Podcast Follow me/connect with me on X at: Waypa Today. I wanted to alert people that TSYY is going to REVERSE split 8:1 for June 1st, 2026. That means if you are holding 32 shares today, you will only hold 4 shares after June 1st. But the SHARE price will 8X! That means it will go from it's current share price of approximately $3.11/share to $24/share! So since I alreayd own shares of this asset, I will load up on "inexpensive" shares now PRIOR to the reverse split. I will make sure my stack of shares is a number that is divisible by 8! So 32 shares or 40 shares etc. This asset is HIGH YIELD/HIGH RISK! It's current yield is 314%! And it is paying a WEEKLY dividend of about 5 cents/share. We also discuss how it's crucially important to be aware of the interest rate that you earn on your investments. If you doubt this, then think about this: Why do banks who issue credit cards charge us 28% on outstanding credit card balances? Why don't the banks ONLY charge us 4% or 6%? Banks have an understanding of how INFLATIONS affects the purchasing power of money! Do what weatlthy people do: buy/hold assets! Banks and wealthy people have figured out that they need to OUTPACE the true rate of inflation on their investments. My wife and I have 5 college degrees between us. Let that person be you!" Don't waste time playing the "look back" game. We utilize the "cascading waterfall" approach to investing. Your time is your most valuable asset. So don't waste time playing "the look back" game. Only focus your time/energy on how you can invest today for a better future. Investing to become wealthy involves taking SOME risks. It also take patience. Don't let YOUR distractions separate YOU from YOUR goals! What if you took "FREE" dividend money and did something good with it in your life? What if you took "FREE" dividend money which you EARNED while you were sleeping! Again, your time is your most valuable asset. So protect it. Are you beginning to see HOW important it is for you to earn money WITHOUT having to spend any additional time to earn that money? What you CHOOSE to focus on each day matters. It's important. So be careful about WHAT you choose to focus on. A slice of pizza tastes the same if you have no money or if you are a multi millionaire! Don't be obsessed ONLY with price per share. Look at the price. Note the price/share. But FOCUS on getting MORE cash flow. MORE income! Once you get ENOUGHT income, you're retired IF you want to be. The OTHER important thing to focus on besides cash flow is YIELD>> How much are you going to MAKE as a return on your money? If you doubt that the interest rate earned is UNimportant...then ask yourself WHY do banks typically charge 28% on credit card balances?? Once you HAVE cash flow, start stepping down the RISK. Get some money rolled into LESS risky things that still pay you cash flow! Life CAN be simple. Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. How are prices in our economy influenced? Answer: influenced by inflation. If someone does NOT have a clear understanding of money/interest rates/inflation, then they likely won't understand how VALUABLE Bitcoin will be! We discuss "the K shaped economy" and talk about what it means for you as an individual investor. Why do rich people appear to get richer and poor people get poorer? Mark Twain: It's not what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure, that simply is NOT true that gets you into trouble! ....Be careful of what you convince yourself of. Is Bitcoin a scam? Not likely. People have been PREDICTING that Bitcoin will crash to ZERO since 2009! It hasn't happened EVER! We discuss the Federal Reserve Bank and why being aware of what "The Fed" does that affects you as an investor. What do wealthy people do? Answer: they buy/hold assets. Some of those assets pay them cash flow. Inflation helps people who HOLD assets, to become wealthier. What's better than simply holding dividend producing assets in a regular brokerage account? Answer: Hold them in an IRA account. What's better than hodling a dividend producing asset in an IRA? Answer: holding it in a ROTH IRA! Then your dividends are 100% TAX FREE, not simply tax DEFERRED. Why does the value of real estate tend to go UP over time, as the real estate becomes OLDER?? Does the value of your real estate increase? Some barriers are actual barriers we encounter. This same approach (using situations) is used by professional coaches! Tesla is MORE than just an electric car company. Let's do simple math...12 shares at $340/share = $4,080 invested into Tesla. What will the 12 shares be worth 8 to 10 years from now? Answer: PROJECTED to be worth $96,000!  If you could accumualte 50 shares. 50 X $340/share = $17,000. What is your $17K worth in 6 to 10 years? Answer: PROJECTED to be worth $400,000! Tesla does NOT pay a dividend. Instead this is a long term buy/hold GROWTH play. What IF you could buy/hold dividend producing assets and then USE the dividends to buy Tesla shares??!!
