Becasue I believe it has the potential to reach $2,000/share by 2030! Our overall retirment goal should be: get as much money into our Roth IRA. Preferably dividend producing assets which when IN a Roth IRA produce TAX FREE INCOME! Tax free cash flow! Other long term growth plays for me are: MSTR/BitcoinMy weekly goals include: building MORE cash flow. Why? Answer: because our entire lives revolve around cash flow. Also the "cascasding waterfall" approach to investing. Use HIGH YIELD/HIGH RISK dividend money and buy LESS RISKY things. When you do this, your cost basis for the LESS risky things is ZERO! FREE! Additionally, weekly stack some slices of Bitcoin. Why? Asnwer: because there is a LIMITED supply of Bitcoin. No Gov't can MAKE (print) more of it. Buy/hold assets is GREAT weekly goal. Do you think that Michael Saylor, being a Billionairre, and buying Bitcoin all of the time, could be wrong about  Bitcoin as an asset? Answer: It's possible. But NOT likely. Even though people have been talking about a "supply shock" will occur with Bitcoin, eventually this "supply shock" will happen. We just have to stack slices of Bitcoin (save some of your money in Bitcoin), and BE PATIENT. Buy/hold and be patient when it comes to a "strategy" for Bitcoin. I still like less risky assets such as: CLM/STRC/SPYI/QQQI. Pay close attention to the INTEREST rate you earn on your money in ANY inveastment. For me, if it's not at least 14%/year, then I'm often NOT interested in investing in that asset! Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. As predicted, it appears that the Strait of Hormuz has been closed which will affect the flow of oil. So expect oil and gas prices to rise. But I am not a huge fan of these situational plays. Instead, I prefer to simply continue building cash flow because I like income. An ironic and surprising fact is that investing and how to become wealthy is NOT taught in schools. Poor peopel are focussed on buying things (being consumers) and wealthy people are focussed on buying assets. Becoming wealthy is heavily influenced by your midnset about money. Your time is your most valuable asset. How do you free up all of your time? Answer: you become very wealthy. Notice it's not a MILLION dollars or even 2 or 3 MILLION dollars! The Median annual household income annualy  is approximately is $58,000. And target vs. reality, retirees often FEEL they need $800,000 in order to retire. Yet the MEDIAN savings is MUCH less! And 4 out of 10 workers aged 45 to 64 have ZERO retirment accounts! SCHD pays a yearly yield of 3.3%. Is that a "great" interest rate to earn on your money? Compare this interest rate with what banks charge for credit cards: 14% or 18% or 28% or 32% etc! Just because there is NO share price erosion with SCHD, doesn't ALONE make it a great investment. You also have to consider the INTEREST RATE you are earning on your money. And THEN you have to COMPARE that ROI with the TRUE RATE of inflation (the rate at which prices are rising for everything you buy!) If you had $300,000 to invest and ONLY earned 3%/year that would generate $9,000/year which means you would get on average, monthly, $750/MONTH!. Can you live on $750 per month of income?? Yield on SPYI is 12%/year. Yield on QQQI is 14%/year. Just because you have more MONEY in your portfolio statement this year compared to last year, does NOT automatically mean you are "doing great!" What DOES determine IF you are doing great or NOT, is to calculate what is your actual ROI (return on investment percentage) from year to year. If you're portfolio is NOT growing at least 14% per YEAR, then you probably are NOT doing great! Your primary goal as an investor is to OUTPACE the TRUE rate of inflation!  Not the reported inflation number which is NOT reality and not reflective of actual rise in prices in real life on a yearly basis. The best time to buy some Bitcoin is TODAY! Your overall retirement goals should include stacking some Bitcoin AND getting most of your cash/assets INTO your Roth IRA. Why the Roth IRA? Charles Payne, not a sponsor of this podcast, is a big sector rotation guy. I follow him but do NOT subscribe to any of his sales products. If you sign up for his free webinar, you won't see much screen time of Charles. You will spend a lot of time with an "instructor" who is really masquerading as a teacher but is actually a paid sales person who will attempt to convince you to pay approximately $4,000 to get access to Charles' stock picks for 12 months. I don't do that and I haven't done that. I can find stocks on my own withou paying a "subscription" for someone to do it for me. If you want to, you can simply research the 11 different sectors of the stock market yourself! In this episode I also review some recent headlines in finance with companies like Apple, Meta, Walmart, etc. I also review the cost of these name brand stocks and then compare them to high yield/high risk dividend assets. Typically, we invest for either growth (buy/hold) or income (immediate). I believe in CASH FLOW! If you grow your income stream FIRST, then you will find it easier to buy/hold shares of stocks like: Meta, Microsoft, Apple, Walmart, Home Depot etc. All markets are manipulated, however, we can still find ways to consistently make money IN those manipulated markets. Don't be afraid to "vote" with your pocketbook or wallet in life. Where you choose to spend your money can influence people/behavior. We talk about overcoming failure and fear of failure. It's possible to change your perspective on situations if you learn to think about them differently. I expect a "bumpy ride" in the markets from now until May/June 2026. Be cautious when you research "best performing dividend stocks" because you will get stocks that are EXPENSIVE in price/share. We compare/contrast these with some high yield/high risk assets. I review my process (the "cascading waterfall approach" to investing) that I utilize when evaluating when to invest and when to grow my positions (my stack of shares) for assets. The most important thing you can do today, after doing some research, is to take action. We also discuss Traditional IRA's and Roth Conversions. There are only TWO requirements in order for you to be able to withdraw 100% TAX FREE from your Roth IRA account: One -be age 59 1/2 or older and Two -have had your Roth IRA open for at least 5 years. Remember that you can own income producing assets INSIDE of your Roth IRA so that you can eventually withdraw JUST The INCOME and pay ZERO TAX on it! How nice is that? Not even a Traditional IRA offers you chance to do that. My overal goal at Full Retirement (as when I stopped working forever) was to have MOST of my money/assets in the Roth IRA and have as LITTLE as possible in the Traditional IRA. You can have MULTIPLE Roth IRA's and MULTIPLE Traditional IRA's. You just have stay within the yearly contribution amounts ACROSS ALL of your IRA accounts. Max amount you can contribute to ALL IRA's depends on your age. If younger than age 50 you can contribute $7500 per year. If you are older than age 50 you can contribute $8,600 per year. Those amounts are the MAX amount you can contribute. But they do NOT count against and are NOT part of ANY Roth Conversion amount. And also keep in mind, that we likley need to average an ROI 14%/year on our portfolio, in order to KEEP PACE or stay ahead of the TRUE rate of inflation. If you got $600/month for 12 months/year.  600 X 12 = $7,200/year of income. To calculate ROI =  $7,200/$300,000 = ROI (return on investment) of 0.024 = 2.4%/year. That is a very crappy ROI. And this calcuation is BEFORE we factor in the year-to-year inflation rate! Above I have just shared the math that proves WHY I don't like "safe" investments or "guaranteed" money. That type of money often comes with a cost because the entity "guaranteeing" you a monthly check IS ABSOLUTELY investing what USED to be your money, at MUCH, MUCH, MUCH higher rates of return and keeping the difference. Food for thought. AND...your "guranteed" monthly check often does NOT ever increase, so you don't EVER get an adjustment for INFLATION! Instead you are living on a "fixed income." If you have money sitting in a PREVIOUS employer's 401K account... you can ROLL ALL of that money into a Traditional IRA and this is NOT a taxable event. Then once the money is in your traditional IRA, you can invest it any way you choose, at MUCH, MUCH, MUCH higher rates of return. Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. This is a constant that each investor needs to be aware of so that we don't make emotional decisions and panic sell and by doing so, we hurt ourselves financially. I am NOT selling my Bitcoin. Why? Answer: Because I believe the price will go back up. People will often play "the look back game." In this game they note the price today and then lament that they didn't invest when the price was less! Do NOT spend your valuable time playing this game. It IS a waste of your valuable time. Instead look at today and figure out WHAT you can do TODAY and then look forward. What is often true is that WEALTH is built when you invest and feel uncomfortable. Possibly you even feel terrifed to invest! Investing is a financial "blood sport." If it was easy, then everyone would already be a multi millionaire! Long term growth and hold plays for me are: Bitcoin, MSTR stock, Tesla stock. But I'm not planning on selling ANY shares of Tesla for about 9 or 10 years! Having this longer term outlook will help you to be successful as an investor. Time IN the market as an investor is MUCH more important than you or I TRYING to time the market! If you focus FIRST on building cash flow, then once you have your cash flow "pipeline" in place, you will ALWAYS have extra cash to invest in growth opportunities. Taking a BALANCED approach to your portfolio is a winning strategy. Panic selling and LOCKING IN HUGE losses is NOT a winning strategy. If you have a combination of BOTH high yield/high risk assets AND LESS risky assets, then you will sleep better at night.
