Season 2. Episode #67. Not Me, But You! Podcast.  I compare MSTY to SMCY and ULTY. All Yieldmax ETF's that you can use to build "your personal ATM cash flowing machine" in all three of your brokerage accounts (Regular brokerage, Traditional IRA account, Roth IRA account)>

These ETF's pay YOU cash flow on schedule. Either weekly or monthly. Yet MSTY and SMCY are going to pay out TWICE in the month of August 2025.

Good quote: "Be brave enough to be bad at something new." Treat your time as your most valuable asset. Use your time wisely. But do NOT spend ALL of your time ONLY doing research. At some point, you need to STOP researching and START doing! Go do "that thing." Get STARTED investing already.

If you make a mistake, then who cares? You will recover and move on. That's how we learn in life. Don't fear failure. LEARN from it. What can you do with cash flow? Answer: Anything you want! That's why cash flow is SO VALUABLE!

Keep your montly expenses as LOW as possible. That way you can invest MORE MONEY. By doing that, you will become wealthy sooner! Pay off your credit cards. Pay off your car loan early. The benefit? You NOW have more money available each month in your monthly budget and you then have MORE choices as to what to do with that extra money in your budget.

MSTY and SMCY will pay TWO divdidend payments in the month of August 2025. Why? Because these ETF's actually pay EVERY 4 WEEKS! They don't pay out twice every month. But certain months out of each year, this is the case.

Know that investing in these HIGH yield ETF's invovles risk. But if you choose to do this, you can rotate your dividend payments INTO LESS riskly investments.

Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. We will talk again soon.

I'm not a financial advisor. This podcast is for education/entertainment purposes only. You will need to do your own research and accept responsibility for the results of any money you choose to invest. I love using Schwab.com to buy/sell stocks/ETF's/closed end funds/options. Schwab has a very user friendly app/website and their customer service is excellent. I can easily get to speak to a human being whenever I have questions.
