Ep #79- How And When To Cash Out Crypto In The Bull Run (**Time Sensitive Information!!)

I explain how/when I'm cashing out my stacks of crypto. I share  a FREE website that lists 30 indicators that I use as a guide for when it's the right time for me to cash out and walk away. I will be selling 80% to 90% of my ALT coins. I MAY sell a small portion of Bitcoin, INSIDE my Roth IRA. But overall, I'm not planning on selling Bitcoin. I cover some Macro Enconomic factors that are coming in September 2025. I provide a time frame of how "Bull Runs' normaly work in "STAGES.". First Bitcoin runs, then ALT coins usually run up in price. It doesn't always happen simultaneously or in a perfect pattern. Life is MESSY and often unpredictable. It takes, above all else, PATIENCE to be a successful investor. IF it was EASY, then everyone would do it. It's DIFFICULT but do it anyway. This "once in a 4 year opportunity" is something that you can begin building for in the next BEAR market which will likely begin in 2026. But it's often a 4 year strategy where you wait 4 years before you get the chance to cash out BIG. I like to keep things simple and I like "simple math." You don't need to know the defintiion of these market indicators. Just be aware of them: MVRV Z score, Puell Multiple, Pi Cycle Top etc. That is NOT an exhaustive list. But they are some of the more popular market indicators. Use them as a GUIDE, but follow your instincts most of all and be patient and set a RANGE where you will be comfortable cashing out at many different price points.  I believe this to be the BEST strategy for taking profit. We have the FOMC (Fed Reserve Meeting) where on 9/17/25 we expect the Fed Chairman to announce a CUT in interest rates. If this happens, the interest rate cut can help send Bitcoin to a much higher price. Bitcoin is the "market leader" which means it usually acts like a magnet and draws the prices of all ALT coins upward too! Take profit. And keep also building cash flow inside the 3 basic accounts: 1) regular brokerage account, 2) Traditional IRA, and 3) Roth IRA. You will never go broke taking profit, so make sure you cash out. Then don’t look back. Be content with your decision. Don’t second guess the timing of when you chose to take profit. Go enjoy life! Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. I also post there what I'm looking at in terms of new investments and what existing stacks I'm adding to. Whale alert. A "whale" dropped a bunch of Bitcoin on an exchange to purposely manipulate the market price of Bitcoin (and other Alt coins too subsequently). This is what appears to be the case. Of course, I don't know for sure. But IF the "whale" didn't want to cause a market drop, they would have sold their Bitcoin via the OTC desk, instead of the way they did it by selling the Bitcoin on the actual exchange. Many markets are manipulated, but we can still make profit in those markets. Move past the fact that they are manipulated. It all starts with what you tell yourself, is possible. Your mindset is important, no matter what goal you are working to achieve. Do you want to be financially indepdendent? Do the 3 things we talk about: 1) Save your money in Bitcoin. 2) buy/hold true high yield dividend stocks/ETF's that pay you weekly/monthly cash flow. 3) Learn to sell simple option contracts to bring you weekly/monthly cash flow. You can accomplish all three of these things, by simply pushing buttons on your phone! Open 3 types of accounts at your favorite brokerage: 1) Regular brokerage account with access to margin. 2) Traditional IRA.  3) Roth IRA. Then build "cash flowing machines" inside of each of the three accounts! Realize that TIME is your MOST valuable asset. You can only spend time ONCE! Send us a textSeason 2, Episode #77. Not Me, But You! Podcast. Build cash flow. Make this your number one finanical goal. How does retirment work? Typically a "financial custodian" who holds your 401K/403B funds will try to convince you to take a monthly check, which they will "guarantee." Instead, consider taking your entire "ball of cash" and roll it into a Traditional IRA fund that you control. This type of account can be opened at Robinhood, or Charles Schwab or your favorite online brokerage company. Once you have the cash in your traditional IRA, you can invest the money and create MUCH MORE cash flow than you would get "guaranteed" if the financial custodian held onto your pile of cash. If you live in the USA, like I do, then you need to be aware that when filing for and accepting monthy social security checks, you have to be aware of your FRA (full retirement age, as defined by Social Security Administration). If you retire at age 62 and your FRA is age 67, then you can only make at a job where you are issued a W-2 for your employment wages: only can make $23K to $26K PER YEAR! This yearly income limit will be in force until you reach your FRA at which time you can make as much money as you choose. But DIVIDEND income and investment income doe NOT count against your monthly social security check. It is common for traditional finance people to do "sector rotation." What is it? Money gets moved into perceived "safe haven" stocks like: Berkshire Hathaway, Lockheed Martin, Home Depot, and McDonald's stock. These are NOT high yield dividend stocks. But they are stocks that will help to "preserve wealth." Jerome Powell, Fed Reserve Chairman spoke at Jackson Hole, Wyoming. What did he indicate? An interest rate cut MAY be coming on 9/17/25, the next time the FOMC has a meeting. Track this and pay attention. IF Powell begins a series of interest rate cuts next month, then you will stock market prices rise and cypto prices rise. Federal interest rate cuts usually coincide with Gov't printing more fiat money. If you don't like your current life situation then what are you doing today, to change it? Answer: Buy/hold assets that pay you cash flow WEEKLY/MONTHLY. Threegreat quotes: "Every accomplishment began with a decision to try. Only a fool mistakes kindness for weakness. There can be the heart of a lion within the spirit of a lamb." How many Bitcoin total available?   Answer: 21 Million Bitcoin ever! They can't "print" more. They can't manufacture more. It's a FIXED supply. How many Millionaires in the USA? Answer: almost 24 million people are millionares who lives in the USA. According to US population statistics: 1 in 15 people are millionaires in the USA, as of data available in 2024. How many millionares are there world wide? Answer: 58 million people world wide are millionaires. So there is NOT enough Bitcoin for EVERY millioniare to OWN ONE BITCOIN! It's NOT possible. So grab whatever slice or slices YOU can of Bitcoin between now (2025) and 2032, which is 7 years from now. Only 850,000 people or LESS own ONE Bitcoin currently. Why is this number unclear? Because some people MAY own MORE than one Bitcoin and have multiple wallet addresses. The only thing we know for sure now, is that there are 850,000 unique wallet addresses that own ONE Bitcoin. Another scenario is that one person owns a partial Bitcoin in several different wallets! The total Bitcoin that person can own could be ONE Bitcoin or SEVERAL Bitcoin, depending on how many wallets that person actually owns/controls. Bitcoin is projected to reach a price of ONE MILLION dollars by 2032. If correct, that means that Bitcoin will 10X in price. So go ahead and buy whatever slice of Bitcoin you can afford now, when it's ONLY $100,000 per coin! You will 10X your money in 7 years or less. Now consider, what if you bough Apple stock or Microsoft stock or Meta stock? Do you think it's price PER share will 10X by 2032?? I highly doubt that will happen. Even if you don't believe in Bitcoin and don't own any. Be aware that you are already participating in a DIGITAL economy and using DIGITAL MONEY to make purchases. Likley you use a debit card or credit card or possibly even you phone to pay for things? What are those forms of payment? Answer: digital payment systems. Use the FREE website: stock analyis dot com to research stocks/ETF's. "Investing" money into Bitcoin is a better hedge against inflation than most other assets. What is the BEST performing long term growth asset on the planet? Answer: Bitcoin. Better than any stock. Better than real estate. We want to be option contract SELLERS which brings us immediate cash flow. Selling a cash secured put on a stock ties up money until the contract expiration date. But YOU select the expiration date. And if you buy/hold shares of high yield ETF's some of these ETF's/Dividend stocks pay YOU weekly and monthly dividends. This too, will increase your cash flow! LEAPS are options contracts you BUY (purchase). With the idea that the stock price will INCREASE and you will make profit. It's possible to purchase a LEAP with an expiration date 12 months or more from now, but it increases in value in just 2 months from now. In that scenario, most people "close out" the position and take a 40% or 50% profit. Wealthy people buy/hold assets. They are NOT focussed on buying things! They take money that an asset paid them to purchase a "new thing." Poor people take thier money and DON'T invest and then go buy things instead of assets! If you are earning 14% per year, you are doing great! But the interest rate you earn on your invested money REALLY MATTERS! It's important. Do you know how 401K retirments works when you retire? Typically you are offered "an annuity" which is an insurance company product. The insurance company "guarantees" you a set amount of money each month. Manage them and know that your money has one job- to make you more money! If you are going to be a marketer then be normal. Offer some value for FREE and then present an offer. People don't need to hear about "your offer" that you're selling ever 4 minutes. Most true gurus who are financially successful do NOT have a YouTube channel. They live their lives anonymously. They want to be left alone. You have one job as a marketer if you want to be successful...don't be disliked. Also don't be obnoxious and annoying. If you're looking for a good YouTube channel about Thailand and/or investing, watch Cooper's Thai Adventure. They talk about Tesla and MSTR and MSTY and ULTY and SMCY etc. While you're becoming wealthy, don't forget to also work on your health. Meal prep some healthy meals at home. I outline the pathway to becoming wealthy. The three basic things to help us get wealthy: 1) Buy/hold Bitcoin. Don't sell it. Wait for it be so valuable that you can consider taking a loan against a small portion of it. 2) Invest in true high yield dividend stocks/ETF's that pay you WEEKLY/MONTHLY cash flow.  3) Sell simple option contracts for additional cash flow (cash secured puts/covered calls). You can accomplish all three of these things by simply pressing buttons on your phone! Cash flow is undervalued. Cash flow is king. If you create cash flowing to you by buying/holding assets, then you won't be dependent on a job, on a career, on a business, etc. This IS the pathway to freedom. Send us a textSeason 2. Episode #71. Not Me, But You! Podcast. Do 3 basic things to become wealthy: 1) Buy/hold Bitcoin.  2) Buy/hold TRUE high yield dividend stocks/ETF's. These pay you WEEKLY/MONTHLY cash flow.  3) Learn to sell simple options contracts by simply pushing buttons on your phone! If you don't know how to get "approved" to sell options contracts on platforms like Robinhood or Charles Schwab dot com, then this episode will be helpful for you. Step one: Get approved to sell/buy options contracts. Ususally you complete an online questionairre and then "apply" for free. Once approved you can click through the screens and practice without placing trades. It's best to to this with an account that you have just a small amout of money it. Anytime you deal with options contracts, it is understood that we are talking about a block of 100 shares of a particular stock. I go step-by-step and place an option contract: a cash secured put. Placing the "opposite" contract is the same process, but in reverse. That contract is called a "covered call." Think of a circle with a dotted line down the middle of it. You either start on one side of the circle (with cash) or you start on the other side of circle with 100 shares of stock. This entire process is called, "the options wheel strategy." If you need/want a deeper understanding of WHY Bitcoin is such a valuable asset to buy/hold is...then read the book, "The Big Print" by Lawrence Lepard. Realize that the high yield ETF's are your "personal cash flow ATM machines." They have on singular purpose: to pay you cash on a schedule (Weekly or Monthly). Then ROTATE the dividen money into "other stuff." Less RISKY asssets or pay down debt. Option contract typcially expire on a Friday. YOU SELECT the date. Once a contract is open/active you also can choose to "buy the contract back" which is the same as "close position" thus ending the contract prior to the actual expiration date. You typically pay a "cost" for closing postions, but in many circumstances it's worth it to "give some money back" to get out of the position early. Cash flow that gets deposited into your account as soon as you SELL the options contract, is called "premium." The premium is the same as "cash flow." So our goal is to make as MUCH premium as we can while we balance the risk/reward of each options contract. Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. I suggest that everyone have 3 brokerage accounts: 1)Regular brokerage. 2) Traditional IRA. 3) Roth IRA. Build "personal ATM machines" that cash flow for you INSIDE of EACH of these 3 accounts. Do these 3 things to become wealthy:  1) Buy/hold Bitcoin.  2) Buy/hold true high yield dividend stocks/ETF's.  3) Sell simple options contracts for IMMEDIATE cash flow (cash secured puts and covered calls). The most important thing of these three things to start first with is selling simple options contracts. It will bring you most cash flow the quickest. ALL assets carry risk with investment. There is no way to avoid this. There is NO "Unicorn Invesment" = Zero risk/100% guaranteed. This investments does NOT exist. It's something you can search for but never will find! So get used to ACCEPTING a certain amount of risk when investing. Most people who are wealthy ALSO took some risks to become wealthy. ROTATE your dividend payments into LESS risky things like QQQI and SPYI. Option selling Tiers: Once you reach $25,000 in liquid cash, that's the first tier. Then when you reach $50,000 in liquid cash that's the 2nd tier. Then reaching $75,000 in liquid cash is the 3rd tier. And finally, hitting $100,000 in liquid cash gets you to a point where you are making a FULL TIME income and don't need to work a 9am-5pm job, unless you choose to. Of course you can scale up from $100K and continue to build your "money ball" of cash, which allows you to make even more profit from option premiums. And while you are scaling up no matter what tier/level you start at, allocate some profit into HIGH YIELD ETF's. Doing this will help to build your weekly/monthly DIVIDEND cash flow which is SEPARATE from your option selling cash flow! Let's do some simple math. If you can average make 2% ROI each week selling option contracts...there are 52 weeks in a year. So what is 52 times 2? Answer: 104% PER YEAR. Which means you can DOUBLE your money EVERY year simply by selling option contracts. Have courage today to pick one thing, and work on your dreams.
