Back now and recording/uploading episodes consistently again. Do these 3 things: 1) Buy/hold Bitcoin. Do not sell it. 2) Invest in true high yield dividend stocks. Grow your weekly, monthly, quarterly cash flow. 3) Sell simple options contracts (cash secured puts/covered calls) to increase your cash flow. You ask, "Can life be this simple?" Answer: YES! You can always find ways to complicate your life. When investing, keep things simple. The pathway to wealth, IS simple. It's people who make it complex. Resist this tendency. You can become wealthy simply by pushing buttons on your phone. Use cold storage devices to store your crypto. YOU are your own bank when you do this. Three don'ts. 1) Don't be afraid of change. 2) Don't be afraid of volatility. 3) Don't be afraid to fail at something, until you succeed at it. Good Quote: You deserve to be happy. You deserve to live a life that you are excited about. Don't let others make you forget that. What can you do with cash flow? Answer: Anything you want! That's what makes cash flow so great! Have at least, a general understanding of what causes inflation. Understand that your main goal, when investing, is to outpace the TRUE rate of inflation. Use dollar cost averaging to buy several different times, on a schedule, as you accumulate more Bitcoin, as you accumulate more shares of stock. If you had $20,000, you could likely use that pile of money to generate $400 to $500 of cash flow PER WEEK! Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams. Send us a textSeason 2, Episode #43 of Not Me, But You! Podcast. Thank you for all of the downloads and listens. I took about 3 weeks off from podcasting. This episode was delayed due to that break. I'm back now, from my break and will be uploading episodes consistently each week. I recognized Secaucus, New Jersey and Tirana, Albania. Two geographical locations on different spots on the planet, where this podcast has been downloaded. I also want to recognize Canada where I seem to have many people who download this podcast. So thank you Canadians  also. There are three basic things we can do to become wealthy: 1) Buy/hold Bitcoin. Don't sell it. Due to it's fixed supply and increased demand, the price will continue to rise for at least the next 15 years. 2) Buy/hold true high yield dividend stocks/ETF's/closed end funds. This will bring you cash flow each week, month, each quarter. Dollar cost average your purchases of these dividend instruments. Buy more shares each month, adding to your overall number of shares and increasing the dollar amount that you will receive in dividend payments. 3) Sell simple option contracts like cash secured puts and covered calls. This too, will bring you additional cash flow. The selling of these two types of option contracts is called "the wheel strategy." Guess what you can do with cash flow? Answer: anything you wish! That's why focussing on increasing your cash flow each month is such a powerful idea! Most people who have money problems, usually have a cash flow problem, meaning not enough cash flow each month. Most of the stocks I purchase are with the investment goal of increasing cash flow. But there are some stocks I buy/hold for growth. These are companies that I have a strong conviction will increase their share price significantly over the next 10 years. The two companies I like for growth are Tesla and Strategy (formerly Micro Strategy). I believe both of these companies could have share prices that reach $2,000 per share. Tesla share price is currently around $290/share. Strategy (MSTR) is currently around $395/share. So IF, they both go to $2,000/share, there is room for a lot of growth. A lot of "runway" is ahead of us, so to speak. I mentioned the YouTube channel "British Hodl" and he is a believer in buying/holding Bitcoin. But he also spoke about someone he knew who had 3 or 4 MILLION dollars of Bitcoin, but had NO CASH FLOW! He suggested to this person to take SOME of his Bitcoin and go buy MSTY ( a high yield dividend ETF). What this "small" purchase did for this multi millionaire was created CASH FLOW of approximately $26,000 PER MONTH. And he only sold a "small portion" of his Bitcoin to accomplish this. A fantastic idea to create INSTANT  cash flow and still hold onto the majority of his Bitcoin. We can all learn from this example. MSTY pays a MONTHLY dividend. It uses a covered call option strategy and the yield (interest you earn on you money invested) is currently 120%/year! Take steps to protect your crypto. Send us a textSeason 2 Episode #42. Not Me, But You! Podcast. Tariffs are all over the "news" lately. But how should you react to them, as an investor? Remember that you and I can't stop the tariffs. What we can control is OUR reaction to the tariffs "news." Answer: when stocks are down, as long as you have conviction that those same stocks will recover in price, then you should be buying more! After all, the stocks are "on sale." Look at OARK. What happens to the yield when the price per share drops? Answer: the yield (the interest you earn on your money) goes UP!! So you should be loving it when the price/share drops and the yield increases! Buy more shares, but you need to have cash available to take advantage of these dips when they occur. OARK's yield went from 58% to 63%! Fantastic. And the price per share cost you LESS when that happened! So dollar cost average and buy more! When the price recovers, you will be in a better financial position. When stocks prices, crash, that is typically the time to buy! What happens historically, AFTER every stock market crash? Answer: the market eventually recovers! Take the politics out of the news. Filter out the political news and simply focus on the financial information that may be able to benefit you/your family/friends. Three basic things to do: 1) Buy/hold Bitcoin. 2) buy/hold high yield dividend stocks. 3) Sell option contracts (cash secured puts and covered calls) MSTY is another ETF linked to the publicly traded company Strategy (AKA Microstrategy). MSTY is another dividend producing instruments that pays a phenomenal dividend EVER month! Look in Season 2 of this podcast, specifically at episode # 34 and episode #39. Those two podcasts will give you specific examples of what you COULD invest in and how you can make extra cash flow right now! Knowledge is POTENTIAL power. It's only truly powerful IF you put the knowledge to use. You have to take action to have the knowledge actually benefit you! Most money problems can be reduced to a cash flow problem. If you have a money problem, then you likely need MORE cash flow. Sell option contracts inside your regular brokerage account and inside of your traditional IRA and inside of your ROTH IRA. And episode #39 explains how to sell option contracts (cash secured puts and covered calls) to increase your cash flow. There is NO pay wall. I simply give the information for FREE! The choice is yours what you do with that information. If you have a "money problem" more than likely you have a "cash flow" problem. Find ways to buy/hold assets AND increase cash flow. Buy/hold high yield dividend stocks that pay you WEEKLY or MONTHLY. Doing that will bring you more cash flow. And find ways to push buttons on your phone and sell options contracts for "immediate cash flow." When selling "cash secured puts" you start with enough cash to buy 100 shares of a stock. You don't actually buy the 100 shares but you putting cash on HOLD, in case you do have to buy 100 shares. By doing this, you get. paid "a premium" which is term that means you get PAID IMMEDIATELY the premium. You EARN premium by selling this type of option contract. Cash flow! Remember your weekly/monthly goal should include buying/holding assets. Did you buy any new assets this week? Poor people get paid money and then pay their bills and want to buy things. Rich people buy/hold assets which brings them cash flow and/or profit. Then they can take the cash flow/profit to buy some new thing that they want. As Tony Robbins says: we don't experience life. We experience the life that we choose to focus on! Guess what you can do with cash flow? Answer: Anything you want! Remember: any profit you make INSIDE of a Roth IRA is 100% TAX FREE (as long as you meet two conditions...1) you must be age 59 1/2 and....2) have had the account open for at least 5 years.) Your MOST valuable asset is your TIME. Instead learn from failure. You are responsible for your personal mind set. We always have a choice to focus on something negative or something positive. I don't get on social media, first thing in the morning. Instead I meditate and I read. I do some stretches. I work out. I take care of my body. Investing in oneself is just as important as investing your money. Remember, time is your most valuable asset. Use your time wisely and to your advantage. Did you buy some additional assets today? This week? This month? Wealthy people buy/hold assets. Did you buy some Bitcoin recently? You can purchase Bitcoin 24 hours/day. The Bitcoin market NEVER closes! What is a good definition for the word courage? Answer: feeling afraid or feeling unsure and taking action anyway. Remind yourself, that success is rarely convenient. So be prepared to be inconvenienced as your achieve success. Stop expecting to arrive at a point in the future where you have zero stress. Instead work the problems each day that life throws at you. Find solutions and move forward. Make progress. Focus on progress, not perfection. If you can't afford a whole Bitcoin, then buy a "slice" of it. If you can't afford the cost of one share of Microsoft, or Amazon or Google or Tesla stock, then buy "slices" of one share. You can do this at Charles Schwab online. A great stock trading platform. Easy to use mobile app. Fantastic customer service. Growth stocks are good, but what is even better is buy true high yield dividend stocks/ETF's/closed end funds like OXLC. Pays a dividend yield of 23% per year! And it costs about $5 per share instead of $200 per share or $300 per share or more. Growths stocks like the ones mentioned are all "expensive" compared to high yield dividend stocks. Why is Bitcoin such a superior asset to invest in? Send us a textSeason 2 Episode #39. Not Me, But You! Podcast. Options. Making the complex easily understandable. Anyone can learn to do this using their phone. It's like anything else, once you have taken the time to learn it/understand it, then it will seem easy. How to sell cash secured puts or covered calls to produce weekly/monthly cash flow. I do this on my phone using Robinhood. You can do this using your regular brokerage account. You will owe taxes on gains at the end of each year. Or you can do this inside of a regular IRA. And you can do this inside of a Roth IRA. If you produce cash flow inside of your Roth, then your gains are 100% tax free. The only two conditions required to withdraw money tax free from your Roth are: 1) be age 59 1/2 or older  2) have had the account open for at least 5 years. When selling option contracts, you are really selling time. If the stock price goes the opposite direction that you anticipate, then you buy back the position/contract and that closes it out. Or you can roll the position. By rolling the position you extend the contract out in time(forward in time). And you can also change the "strike price" (your future projection that the stock price will be). When you change the strike price when rolling, you can move the price up or down as you roll the contract out (forward) in the future. When rolling option contracts, try to get additional "premium" (the money you are paid immediately- the cash flow!). Each time you roll if you get a "credit" then you are making additional profit on that position. To sell a cash secured put, you have to have enough money in the account AS IF, you were going to buy 100 shares of the stock. Options are always dealing with a block of 100 shares of stock. If you don't buy back (close out your option contract) and if you don't roll the position forward, you can get "assigned" 100 shares of stock. This will happen if the actual stock price is below your strike price at the expiration date. If this happens, you can sell a different type of options contract on the 100 shares, that is called a covered call option. This also will pay you additional premium (cash flow). Using this strategy you can eventually get the 100 shares "called away" from you. When this happens you get paid for 100 shares at the strike price you selected, and then you have cash again. And then you can start the process again by selling another cash secured put. This process is the "options wheel." Selling one contract which involves 100 shares is known as "one contract." If you have enough cash available, you can sell MULTIPLE contracts at the same time.  Each contract REPRESENTS a block of 100 shares of stock. Take some of your profit and buy/hold high yield dividend stocks which will bring you even more cash flow! Send us a textSeason 2 Episode #38. Not Me, But You! Podcast. If you want to become rich, then you have to take some risks. At some point, you have to do more than just simply taking note of things. Moving from "research mode" to "taking action mode" is necessary in order to become successful. Here is possible shocking fact: No person who ever bought/held Bitcoin for at least 4 years, EVER lost money!! How can this be true? Go look at a historical Bitcoin price chart/graph. Look at the PATTERN! In March of 2025, Bitcoin is probably only owned/held by 5% or LESS of the world's population. You can buy a "slice" of Bitcoin today simply by pressing some buttons on your smart phone! If you have been told that owning Bitcoin is a "bad thing" or if you are simply ignoring Bitcoin right now, then at what price will Bitcoin get your attention? $200,000 per coin? $500,000 per coin? $1,000,000 per coin? $5,000,000 per coin? You see, the longer we wait to buy ANY Bitcoin, as the price rises, it will become MORE expensive to buy. Why will the price of Bitcoin keep rising? Because it has a fixed supply. It is both digital money and a store of value. When people discover they can't afford to stay retired due costs rising, what they are fighting against is inflation- inflation causing their purchasing power of their money to go DOWN! If you trade your fiat currency for Bitcoin (buy Bitcoin no matter what country you live in) then the purchasing power of Bitcoin goes UP, over time. The price moves up/down within a 4 year period. But the overall trend is UP! Go look at graph/chart by searching "Bitcoin historical price." Even after people retire, I believe investing should continue. If most people just started doing 3 things, they would afford to retire and stay retired: 1) Buy/hold Bitcoin. 2) Invest in true high yield stocks/ETF's/closed end funds. 3) sell Options contracts for cash flow. In your brokerage account, I believe people should have these 3 types of accounts: 1) Regular brokerage account with margin. 2) Traditional IRA. 3) Roth IRAIf you are planning on retiring and simply "living off your pile of accumulated money" then you have to have a HUGE pile to make sure you will be able to offset rising costs caused by inflation. Most people don't have a BIG enough pile. Podcast. I've grown really tired of all of these online "gurus" and "creators" spending so much time introducing topics in podcasts/Youtube videos. Suggestion: do less introducing and just get into the topic! The elusive unicorn investment really comes from a place of fear. It comes from believing that you should avoid risk. However, rich people become rich by TAKING risks. Wealthy people buy/hold assets. Poor people buy things. What is your focus? The unicorn investment (that doesn't exist on planet earth) is  an investment that is 100% guaranteed to make a profit and has ZERO risk. That doesn't exist. You have to be willing to take SOME risk in order to become wealthy. Finding ways to increase your weekly and monthly cash flow is your pathway to build wealth. I share specific high yield dividend stocks/ETF's/closed end funds in this episode! Know that the true rate of inflation runs 8% to 10% per year. So in order to be a successful investor, you must earn MORE than that, on your investments,  in order to be able to afford rising costs in the future. When you retire, you don't have to stay in the same geographical location. Southeast Asia is a very inexpensive place to retire. Your money will go very far there. And as long as you have an internet connection, you can continue to invest and make money online. Check out places on Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia. Bitcoin is a brand new asset class. It will change the way you live in the same way that Apple changed the way we took pictures (using our phones to take pics instead of a separate camera with film!). Bitcoin will transform the financial industry in the same way Apple was disruptive and created Smart Phones that allow us to use our phone for: banking/investing/taking pictures for FREE/watching movies and videos/listen to music etc. Consider buying/holding assets and when you asset goes up in value, consider using the "buy, borrow, die" strategy and take a loan against a small portion of the asset. Send us a textSeason 2, Episode #36. Not Me, But You! Podcast. 20 minutes on Warren Buffett. There are two basic investments game/scenarios. If you are already very wealthy (multi millionaire) then your investments goals, as a wealthy person will likely center around a strategy to NOT LOSE MONEY. That is called Wealth Preservation. Contrast this investment approach with someone who is trying to become wealthy. That person is playing a different investment game from Warren Buffett. That person who is trying to become wealthy is playing the Wealth Accumulation game. That isn't Warren Buffet's game. He is playing Wealth Preservation (as in he is trying to not lose money). So it's important to know first, which game are you playing? If you are engage in Wealth Accumulation, then you must be prepared to take MORE risks with the chance to make MORE PROFIT, than Warren Buffet does. Warren Buffett already has ALL of the monthly cash flow that he needs! That is in essence, why he is "retired." He doesn't need to go to a job where he trades time for dollars (fiat currency).  They way we, who are playing the Wealth Accumulation game, increase our cash flow is by investing in high yield dividend stocks/ETF's/closed end funds like OXLC, and OARK, and YMAX or XDTE, or QDTE. And save your wealth in the best performing asset on the planet, Bitcoin. However, Bitcoin does not PAY us cash flow, but it is the best asset to save your money in because Bitcoin PRESERVES your purchasing power of your wealth. One of my favorite Tony Robbins quotes: We don't experience life. We experience the life that we choose to focus on. My life suggestion: Stop focussing on politics or watching videos on Tik Tock.  Instead focus on making more money for you and your family. Find ways to "push buttons on your phone" and INCREASE your weekly/monthly cash flow. Find assets to buy/hold that pay a WEEKLY dividend and every Friday can be a pay day for you! Use ROTH IRA's to your advantage. Send us a textSeason 2, Episode #35. Not Me, But You! Podcast. Cash flow is king! You know what you can do with more cash every month? Answer: whatever you want! Learn to push buttons on your smart phone and make more money! Do what wealthy people do- buy/hold assets. Make every Friday a "pay day" for yourself! Buy/hold Bitcoin. Buy dividend paying stocks that are truly "high yield." If the true rate of inflation is 8% per year, that means the cost of everything you buy goes up by at least 8%/year. So when investing, why would you put money in an asset that pays you LESS than 8%/year?! Will one gallon of gasoline ever cost just $1/gallon again? Will one gallon of milk at your grocery store ever cost $1/gallon again? Answers: never will those things be that cost. That is due to inflation rising at least 8% ever year. One day, Big Mac's at McDonalds will cost $60 and $70 per sandwich. This is why we need to build cash flow! And then keep adding to it. Keep investing in assets that you are buying/holding. You already live and transact in a digital economy. Most people today, use either a debit card or a credit card (or even their phones linked to one of those two types of cards) to pay for things! You are using "digital money." So don't avoid SAVING your money in Bitcoin. No one who has bought and held Bitcoin for at least 4 years, lost ANY money! Every 4 year cycle, Bitcoin hits a new ALL TIME HIGH price. So what does that mean to you? It means that you will NOT lose money if you simply buy/hold Bitcoin for at least 4 years! So WHY are not buying any? Why are you skeptical? At what price will you begin to believe in Bitcoin as the BEST performing asset on the planet? I name specific "high yield" stocks/ETF's/closed end funds that you can invest in that will pay you monthly! Chances are good that you did NOT learn ANY of this information in school. But if you own a smart phone with a connection to the internet, then ALL of this information is available for you to learn. You simply need to take action. The three best types of stock accounts we all should have are: 1) regular brokerage account with access to margin.    2) a traditional IRA.    3) a Roth IRA. Some "experts" tell you to accumulate a big pile of money and then once you retire to WITHDRAW 5% of your total pile to live on each year. I do NOT like that approach. Instead, I build cash flow until I have more cash flow each month, so that I can pay my bills each month, with EXTRA money left over which I then continue to invest in assets! Have courage today, to pick one thing, and work on your dreams!
