#71: A lot has changed | Back on meds soon? | Why I need a label for this mental health stuff

I've been busy with work and not pressuring myself to upload and get overwhelmed. I'm getting a better idea of what I can do now so I'm going to be back with the podcast very soon. I'll be doing video podcasts and audio now, going back to an erratic uploading schedule for guest episodes unless I can book them efficiently (I probably can't. I'm terrible at times), I'm moving the goalposts on my goals again, talking about if I'll compete next year, my plague of injuries right now, my new job and a lot more

The first 30 seconds or so of this wouldn't trim off for some reason so you get to hear Geno and his friend setting up for that time. Took last week off because I got a new job in the kitchen and also covering the open gym slots at SBG and I didn't want to put pressure on myself. Back on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays now. I think I'm going back on my meds soon as a pre-emptive strike on the winter blues and I discuss the possibility of me seeking further diagnosis and therapy.
