This week I want to walk you through something that I do every single year and that I actually just did a couple of days ago for myself. It's something that I always share with my clients and community, and I’ve found it to be super helpful: a mid-year check-in and reset.If you’re someone who starts the year with a lot of motivation, goals, resolutions, and intentions, but somehow halfway through the year, you’ve lost sight of them—or you’re not where you thought you’d be—this episode is for you.Even if you’re making great progress, this is a good opportunity to pause and ask yourself: Are these still the right goals?
