This week I want to walk you through something that I do every single year and that I actually just did a couple of days ago for myself. It's something that I always share with my clients and community, and I’ve found it to be super helpful: a mid-year check-in and reset.

If you’re someone who starts the year with a lot of motivation, goals, resolutions, and intentions, but somehow halfway through the year, you’ve lost sight of them—or you’re not where you thought you’d be—this episode is for you.

Even if you’re making great progress, this is a good opportunity to pause and ask yourself: Are these still the right goals? Are they still aligned? Is my energy and time being invested in the things that truly matter to me today?

Let’s be honest, six months into the year, we’ve evolved. Life has happened. We’ve changed. And with that, our priorities may have shifted. It’s okay to pause, reassess, and realign.

So in this episode, I want to walk you through what I personally do as part of my mid-year check-in and reset. I’ll break it down step by step. You don’t need to follow my process exactly, but I hope it inspires you to do your own version and helps you move forward with more intention.
