When we saw this article from Tracey Parsons, co-founder of Flockity, we knew we'd want to talk to her about it. Her take: there should be Lemon Laws in recruiting. "Many EVPs are not honest, differentiated (not all, just many) and there are no consequences for this activity. So why aren't there Lemon Laws for work?"

Telling the story of TA internally is a topic that comes up often in our Community and we're looking forward to digging into it with DaVita's Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Nataliya Wilson. Data, Performance transparency, incentives that align with larger business needs and more will be on the table!

This week we're joined by Cielo CEO, Marissa Geist to talk about a trend she's been watching closely: the convergence of RPO and SaaS. While the actual talent remains a core business responsibility, the capabilities of a traditional talent partnership are being disassembled to create a unified ecosystem to advise, enable and deliver integrated solutions. We'll be talking about the industry opportunities this creates and what a world of client talent partnerships might look like.

He's leading two large scale initiatives to improve hiring outcomes and we're going to talk through those plans and the early results. She will address practical considerations for TA professionals when implementing artificial intelligence in a company and how to select the right solution for your problem - including ideas for generative AI solutions we should be pushing our vendors to offer and recommendations for offerings we should skip.
