When we saw this article from Tracey Parsons, co-founder of Flockity, we knew we'd want to talk to her about it. Her take: there should be Lemon Laws in recruiting. "Many EVPs are not honest, differentiated (not all, just many) and there are no consequences for this activity. So why aren't there Lemon Laws for work?"

Telling the story of TA internally is a topic that comes up often in our Community and we're looking forward to digging into it with DaVita's Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Nataliya Wilson.
