It would  be safe to say that all of us are in search of a good life. Now, as to how we define ‘good’  may differ from one person to another. For this search, some of us resort to religion, others to esoteric practices like meditation and yoga, and there are those who consult philosophy. Among the many schools of thoughts in philosophy, stoicism seems to gain prominence in recent time because of its practical and no-nonsense point. In this episode, the trio tried to brush up on their college course in philosophy and shared with the class few essential tips from the Stoics. Beauty is of course subjective. Pero kahit na sabihin pa natin 'yan, meron pa ring parang pinipilit ipaabot sa atin na napakataas na beauty standard. Sa sobrang higpit ng criteria parang iilan lang talaga ang makakakamit nito. What's sad is some of us even go that far just to have a taste of what it's like to be beautiful. Pero ano nga ba ang meron dun? May advantages ba talaga kapag maganda ang isang tao? Lugi ba talaga ang mga binansagang "pangit?" Philippines, being the 6th country in the world that has the most numbers of Facebook users, it is necessary to know how to be a responsible social media user, lalo na sa panahon ngayon na halos lahat ay may access na rito. Guest pa natin ang isang Senior Education Program Specialist mula sa DepEd Central Office para iexplain kung ano nga ba ang totoong kahulugan ng media literacy at ipaliwanag ang kahalagahan ng pagiging "media literate". Sama ka na sa kwentuhan para di ka mabiktima ng fake news at misinformation.
