Today I share a chat that I had with one of my dearest friends and sisters.  We speak about shadow work and what that looks like for us. Today is my 38th Birthday and this is the first recorded episode of my podcast. At the end of it both Taz and I were buzzing - dancing Sacral’s all ‘round.  Taz came into my life at exactly the right time - Divine timing, as always.
