client interview: from body building to intuitive eating and manifesting love with Jennifer Bailey

Hello beauties! Happy 11/22/22. In today's episode I'll be answering a question I received on my Instagram "Ask Me Anything" story yesterday, "What's one of the best ways you've found to help someone get out of living in limiting beliefs and self doubt so they can thrive?"I share with you three ways that you can begin practicing immediately! Including one mindset shift, one daily practice, and one journaling practice -- all of which I use every single time I feel blocked, stuck, limited or afraid in an area of life. These practices are extremely powerful and if you commit to any or all of them, you will notice a positive shift in your life very quickly.Follow this link to work with Alesha and apply for the Group Coaching Program or the Manifestation Coach Certification: https://linktr.ee/breatheandreceive

Ways to work with Alesha: https://linktr.ee/breatheandreceiveWe eat 3-5x a day and live in our bodies 24/7, every day. This won’t change until the day we die. Creating peace around food, and feeling at home within your body is a pivotal step towards experiencing true inner peace, happiness, and living an extraordinary life full of fun, love, joy, incredible relationships (and sex!) and service ✨💕😌I hope this episode provides you clarity around how your relationship with food and your body supports - or destroys - your quality of life, and how to begin healing from within by reflecting on a variety of questions I share.

You’ll learn what this means in today’s ep ;) Grab a journal, a cozy cup, and enjoy! <3Want to work with me?
