Welcome to Tilly at home with Hannah Barrett and Maude Hirst 

It was such a pleasure to chat with these two brilliant women, Hannah Barrett is a leading London-based yoga instructor with a passion for helping people to transform their lives through yoga. She enables her students to find their strength and develop their own self practice, while breaking down complex poses to make them fun and accessible to all, she has recently released her first eBook ‘Strength Through Yoga’ and has a Hannah Barrett yoga app and website, Hannah’s mission is to share the power of yoga with as many people as possible. 


Maude Hirst, is the founder of the bespoke mindfulness company EnergyRise.co.uk, specialising in making mindfulness accessible to all. Like Hannah Maude is also a leading wellness practitioner based in London running a virtual members club for the mind, a meditation app and wellness retreats, teaching meditation, yoga, movement meditation and Energy Healing globally. By exploring different brainwaves Mauds classes connect you more deeply to yourself and improve physical and mental wellbeing.  Theata brain wave neuroscientist to understand what’s happening in your brain and what is truly possible for us to achieve..

Wanderlust 108 is at Battersea Park on Saturday 31st July. Its the world’s only mindful triathlon, starting the day with a breath work session with @thebreathguy Richie Bostock, then leading into a group fitness class with @pmacfitness PMAC who was my guest on last week’s podcast, so check that out as he is really entertaining and refreshing. Then the second leg of the mindful triathlon will be flow yoga with Hannah and @shivarea108 and then a guided meditation with Maude. It’s a great event with a great community vibe plus fab drinks and food stalls, music from @tommiddletonmusic and @roytheroach, plus the Kula market for shopping and lots more, so if you can get down there on Saturday 31st I can highly recommend it!
