​Sean "Diddy" Combs' legal team has filed a motion to exclude a 2016 surveillance video from his upcoming federal trial, arguing that the footage—released by CNN in 2024—has been altered and is not a reliable representation of events. The video depicts Combs assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles.
