A 28-year-old DoorDash driver was shot by an ICE officer in Austin, Texas and his attorney says the bullet is still lodged in his back. Wilber Rafael Garces Perez survived the shooting, was hospitalized twice and was then returned to immigration detention. His attorney says he later experienced loss of feeling on the left side of his body. And one major question remains: the ICE officer who shot him was reportedly not wearing a body camera.
