Tiger Bech, the brother of Texas Christian University wide receiver Jack Bech, has been identified as one of the victims of the deadly truck attack in New Orleans on New Year’s Day. He was 27. In other news, four people were killed in a vehicle crash in Mesquite early Wednesday and a man faces charges.
