In this episode, I discussed the impact that debt has on Americans. I talked about taxes, trickery from banks, the definition of usury, historical usury, payday loans, title loans, and rent-to-own businesses, tricks at the pump, debit minimums, and other hidden fees and costs that are plaguing us. I feel like debt disease is the biggest illness that most Americans have. It’s a proven fact that if a person has high amounts of debt, there’s an 85% chance that they will have high anxiety and stress, have substance use issues, be addicted to drugs and alcohol, and they’re more likely to have major mental health issues.
