This is put out as a documentary by the filmmakers on what is a medical child abuse case. Andrea Dunlop is the author of several fiction books, hosts a podcast on the subject of Munchausen by proxy/medical child abuse called "Nobody Should Believe Me," which is about to enter its fourth season. She is also the author of a forthcoming non-fiction book with detective Mike Weber on the same subject.
