The Healing Era: Sobriety, Reparenting & Mother Hunger with Cybele Botran
In this episode, I sit down with Cybele to explore her journey of becoming alcohol-free in 2011 and the healing path that unfolded afterward.
Cybele supports women in learning to offer themselves the nurturing, protection, and guidance they may not have received growing up. We talk about reparenting as a healing practice, how unmet childhood needs can continue to shape our adult lives and relationships, and the meaning of “Mother Hunger.”
Cybele also shares how trauma-informed coaching, yoga, marriage, and motherhood have influenced her work—and what it looks like to enter a new chapter of life with greater self-compassion and care.
She is an RYT 200 yoga teacher, a certified trauma-informed SHERECOVERS® coach, a Mother Hunger® Trained Facilitator, and a late-blooming Swiftie who is fully embracing her healing era.
