Sometimes a single sentence or two sentences spoken by two different people leads to inspiration. And in my case, it led to a new guided meditation and sleep hypnosis. The first sentence was about 'trying too hard' for fear of not being good enough, while, everyone was actually extremely satisfied with the work she had done. The second sentence went something like this: 'if only you were more like that person'! With which the recipient was not seen and recognised for her talents. These are familiar themes that many people struggle with. This session invites you to recognise the implications in order to then choose for yourself. With the aim of living more and more from your core and simply being more yourself. This guided sleep hypnosis is a form of mindfulness. It is combined with positive suggestions and a soothing soundscape of soft background music with theta wave binaural beats. You can repeat this guided sleep hypnosis as often as you like, to coach yourself to act more from within yourself instead of depending on others. Whether that is based on messages you received in the distant past or in recent times. You can also use this session during the day and stop whenever you feel the need. You can also listen until the end where listening to the music further guides you to fall asleep. Listening to a recording like this can be helpful in relieving symptoms such as: insomnia, depression, and anxiety. Listen in and allow yourself to relax deeply as you learn how to release physical tension in the body. It supports you in letting unwanted thoughts and worries melt away. In other words, this kind of recording alleviates the effects of 'overthinking' making it so much easier to experience deep peace, both during the day and just before bedtime.
