People have been talking about the declining birth rate for years. So, why do these same people ignore the fact that people are not having sex like they used to? The Heritage Foundation, a right-wing think tank, created a 250 plan for America.  It include marriage bootcamps, no on-line dating and limited IVF.  Of course, there is a push to revive old "Blue Laws," a focus of marriage and having as many babies as possible.
