A strong vinyasa class that moves from standing leg balances with eagle pose into variations of side plank and fallen triangle; this class opens with a moving meditation to connect you to the flow of Prana (energy) within.
This class works with visualization, pranayama, mudras, and mantra to stimulate and direct the flow of Prana. Yoga is a system that gives us the opportunity to work with and play with energy so that we can actively participate in how our energy moves through and out of us!
