Of all the things you’d need a break from, who would’ve thought you’d need a little time out from working on your mental health? Unfortunately, I learned this lesson the hard way, as I do most lessons, but this one seems to be one of those that will stick around for a while. Though therapy has helped uncover and discover, it has left me feeling like an open vessel, at least temporarily. I discuss more of what I mean and go over my QEEG brain map and the extremely surprising results. Happy listening!
