Jeff Norton is an award-winning author and television executive producer with a focus on turning books into global media. Jeff is currently showrunner and executive producer of Finding Her Edge, the figure-skating drama he created for Netflix and WildBrain. It reached the Netflix Top 10 in more than 80 countries and was renewed for a second season less than two weeks after it premiered. Jeff is also the originating executive producer behind Netflix's Geek Girl, now filming its second season, and has produced adaptations ranging from Susan Hill's The Small Hand to the picture-book series Trucktown. Earlier, Jeff founded Lean Forward Media, consulted for The Jim Henson Company, and served as a Senior Vice President at Chorion, where he managed the literary estates of Enid Blyton and Agatha Christie. Jeff began his career at P&G as a marketing executive, where he helped launch Febreze as a category-creating brand. Jeff studied film and commerce at Queen's University and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. He's also a prolific author in his own right, with more than a dozen books to his name. A dual Canadian-British citizen, he's based in Burlington, Ontario.
