9/23 7AM: Tom Waddle

Hour 2: Former Chicago Bears Wide Receiver and afternoon radio co-host ESPN Chicago Tom Waddle joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the Bears vs Eagles.  Kap & J. Hood discussed the White Sox bats exploded tonight to the tune of 14 runs and counting to keep pace with Cleveland and at least maintain their lead over Houston. This is a great sign of what they can be next week when the calendar turns to the Postseason, and I think we'd be silly to write them off as an early exit. What is the ceiling for this Sox team when they hit?

Hour 1: Kap & J. Hood discussed next man up gets another man... Tyson Bagent is in the league's concussion protocol, and as of right now Case Keenum is in line to start on Monday Night Football... I don't have a big reaction to this, because I don't think the Bears chances to win Monday change much going from Bagent to Keenum.  Ian Rapaport reported that Caleb will miss 2-4 weeks with his hamstring injury, but the Bears are still resisting officially ruling him out on Monday. Would you even want him to play if he were cleared? Shouldn't the Bears be extra cautious with this?

Hour 2: MLB Insider ESPN Jesse Rogers joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the White Sox, Cubs and the latest MLB storylines.  Kap & J. Hood discussed the final week of MLB and the White Sox & Cubs both could make the playoffs this season.  Kap & J. Hood gave their starting pitching lineups for the White Sox & Cubs potential playoff run. 

Hour 1: Kap & J. Hood discussed the Bears getting the best possible news on Caleb's injury, and the reaction nationally has been to make fun of him for not being tough and being carted off the field with a grade 1 hamstring injury. Do you find this to be a bizarre reaction from fans, personally, but fans are going to fan?   With the Caleb news trending positive, are we more On To Philadelphia and the result from the Vikings game goes in the garbage, or are there new concerns about this team going forward?

Hour 2: National Bears Reporter for ESPN Courtney Cronin Joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the Bears and the latest NFL storylines.  J. Hood & Tyler discussed the Chicago Bears lose to the Vikings 9-3 as Caleb Williams left Sunday’s game against Minnesota in the fourth quarter with an apparent right leg injury.  Tyler Aki was in for Kap.

The 24-year-old Williams was helped off the field.  Williams was 15 for 26 for 138 yards with an interception, also had five carries for 42 yards in rainy conditions at Soldier Field.  Tyler Aki was in for Kap.
