Hour 3: Kap & J. Hood played Shot or No Shot, took a trip Around The NFL and the Kap & J. Hood Cut of the day.

Hour 2: MLB Insider ESPN Jesse Rogers joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the White Sox, Cubs and the latest MLB storylines.  Kap & J. Hood discussed the 16-16 DePaul Blue Demons didn't have enough to make either tournament and the difference between Bruce Pearl the basketball coach vs the CBS analyst.  

Hour 1:  Kap & J. Hood discussed the financials of the Chicago Bears and according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, who says the Chicago Bears don't have any money and is broke.  Is this the case? According to Kap, he thinks otherwise.   Kap's Planes, Trains and Automobiles: How he got back from Florida to Chicago in bad weather.  WBC swaying into the MLB Season is weird for J. Hour 2: National Bears Reporter for ESPN Courtney Cronin Joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the Bears and the latest NFL storylines.  J. Hood & J. Mac discussed Kennth Walker wearing a John Maddon Raiders shirt to his Kansas City Chiefs presser.  The Bears' free agency signings and loses.  Brisker, Byard, Wright, Edmunds, and CJGJ are all gone as the Bears rebuild their defense in the style of Dennis Allen, but should we trust him? He loves bigger bodied defensive linemen, and he is a reason Grady Jarrett and Dayo Odeyingbo are here, and those two contracts are the biggest reason we didn't get any free agents. Jason McKie was in for Kap.

Hour 2: Former Chicago Bears Super Bowl Champion and Bears radio analyst Tom Thayer joined J. Hood and Tyler with the latest updates on the Chicago Bears and their offseason signings.  Inside the Bears offseason, breaking down the "new guys" the new signings.  Carmen De is overjoyed that team Italy got the job done in the WBC, team USA survives.  Tyler Aki was in for Kap.

Hour 1:  J. Hood & Tyler discussed two stories in the Maxx Crosby/Ravens Saga. Ravens GM Eric DeCosta claims the plan was to always get both Crosby and Hendrickson, while ESPN's Dianna Russini claims the Ravens were going to extend Crosby at a rate that would've made Hendrickson impossible. Which of these stories feels truer? If the Ravens really just got cold feet, are you more in on going after Crosby? No splash signings for the Chicago Bears so far, will the make a move on Maxx Crosby or are they out? Tyler Aki was in for Kap.
