The overwhelming demand for bagels in Indianapolis became evident as they found themselves fully booked for months. Recognizing the potential, Josh Greeson decided to take the next step. In 2021, after an incredibly successful Kickstarter campaign that garnered thousands of dollars in just a matter of weeks, they secured a lease for their own dedicated space. This funding allowed them to bring their bagel dreams to life and create a haven for bagel enthusiasts.
