This week pulled every rug out from under me, tore the roof off my ceiling, flipped me upside down, spanked me in a non sexual way and then spanked me again in a sexual way. Not literally. It wasn’t that fun, and it didn’t even take me out for dinner. But my head is spinning from distractions and everything I wrote about it left me feeling insincere and insecure. This though… this is sincere, as girl talk usually is. Jasmine Lobe is my internet friend, meaning we met online and became mutual fans of one another. She is a former sex columnist for the New York Observer and a model/actress, so obviously we have much in common. We are also both blonde, and smart, so yeah, basically twins. I can’t remember exactly what was discussed and will probably perish if I make myself watch myself. I do have vague recollections of copious sex talk, some stuff about women farting and shitting, and the terror of memoir writing. Those may sound like separate topics but they’re actually all the same thing. I will leave you with a teaser of what I am writing and will likely release next week: It’s a dating story.
