In this video I break down the AI operating system I built using Claude Code that is fundamentally changing how I run my business. After five weeks of intensive building I want to show you the exact architecture behind a real AI OS, why most people get it completely wrong, and how you can build one yourself from scratch.
I cover the three foundational layers every AI operating system needs, context, data and function, and why skipping the first two is the reason most AI automation attempts fall flat. I walk through how I built a vector database fed with 7,000 call transcripts, SOPs, sales data, Slack history and financial records to create a system that genuinely understands how my business operates.
I also show Agency OSX live, a fully working suite of AI employees built in seven days using Claude Code and VS Code, and break down the Decision Learning Engine, the part of the system that learns how I make decisions and gradually earns the right to act autonomously.
