This week we are chatting with Julia Hickman. She shares with us the secrets the diet industry doesn't want you to know, ways you can fit in exercise and how meal planning can make things easier.
Julia Hickman is a wife, mom of 2, and former corporate employee turned lifestyle and online fitness coach. She helps time-crunched female entrepreneurs and career women avoid the overwhelm of maintaining a fit and healthy lifestyle so they can become up-leveled and invigorated, without sacrificing time away from family and other responsibilities. Or without giving up wine and cookies. She is known for her quick and effective workouts, her delicious recipes, and supportive, yet no-nonsense coaching style.
Her passion for fitness began as a young teenager and led her to becoming a volunteer trainer at her college gym. Years later, she rekindled her love for running and eventually became a certified run coach as well as a CrossFit coach. She now works with high-achieving women, helping them improve their lifestyles and mindset, encouraging them to embrace progress over perfection and self-love over self-criticism.
Julia is a frequent guest expert and speaker on podcasts, online shows and blogs and was recently featured on Authority Magazine.
