
This tapping is meant to help you let go of emotions and anxiety from a situation that happened this week that caught you off guard. Take a few minutes before you start to think about the way you felt and the situation, its okay to let the emotions start to fire up - your anger, fear, frustration, or hurt are part of who you are. This tapping will help you release those emotions as you think about the situation.
Take a moment after you get done to think or journal about any thoughts, people, colors, other events that come up and/or what shifted as you think about that situation that drove you a little bonkers earlier this week. I"m guessing if you rate the intensity on a scale of 1-10 (1 being low/10 high) it may have come down.
Good job taking care of yourself, and feel free to repeat this as often as you need it - and share it with your friends -they may need some extra support now as well. We're all working through this time together. Take care!
