There are a lot of dirty words in the English language, some rightly so. In this episode Gord, Jessica and I explore the "C Word" and dive into why it is so misunderstood in aviation and how you can use it to better yourself. Jessica shares some very personal stories as we continue our on-going conversation on mental health in aviation.

In this episode, three seasoned aviation professionals have a very real conversation about what life is like after their plans changed both by choice and circumstance. Metaphorically speaking, even the best flight plan using the preferred routes is subject to a reroute. It is what we do with that reroute that will determine if we get to our destination or alternate.

In this episode I end up in the hot seat as Steve and Gord take the reins and interview me about my past both personally and professionally as a Pilot and Air Traffic Controller. I had no idea what was coming and since I trust both these gentlemen, I share a little more than I had planned.
