Leading with MORE — Meaning, Optimism, and Relationships for Excellence with Kathy Miller
It’s a reunion podcast! I love it when I can reconnect with prior guests. Kathy Miller and I did our first podcast together 2-3 years ago, so it’s been a hot minute!
Kathy has an amazing story in manufacturing you will hear more about. She has that spine of steel and truly learned how to be a great leader from the ground up. It’s amazing that she is now paying it forward to share her leadership knowledge with others.
During today’s show, Kathy and I chatted about:
- We caught up since it’s been a few years since we chatted last.
- We talked about how Kathy’s work has evolved and grown.
- Kathy’s book, MORE is Better: Leading Operations with Meaning, Optimism, and Relationships for Excellence.
- What meaningful work means to Kathy
- Why optimism is so important for leaders and how you can foster that quality inside yourself
- How do we build trust, safety, and accountability in our work relationships
Here is more about Kathy:
