Developing Safety Culture

Safety culture is more than a poster on the wall or a box to tick. It is the foundation that makes a Safety Management System (SMS) work in practice. Without it, even the most detailed SMS is just a document sitting on a shelf. In this episode, host Grenville Hudson turns the microphone on co-host Kathryn Harvey, who brings a background in safety management, safety culture, and human factors.
