I had the opportunity to sit down with high profile Aussie fisho Paul Wortseling and chat about his favourite Australian fishing destinations. Obviously, the best time to go fishing is anytime you can get out on the water. But we all know that certain conditions tend to be more productive for lure fishos than others. And a common rule of thumb in fishing circles is: "If there's no run, there's no fun". Now, it's always a bit dodgy to take a single idea like this and apply it to all forms of fishing and all species of fish.
