The trick these days is to take a serious look at our lives and make note of what we would like to change, improve, and stop/break without going overboard or getting lost in depression over all that is changing/leaving. A new day/age is dawning, and we really just want to get the clutter out of the way.This is also a time of separating the wheat from the chaff, so to speak. Finding out who your friends really are (and aren't), who you really want in your life going forward, and having some deep conversations that may even change your thinking/feeling about that! This is an excellent time to review your papers, files, agreements, and contracts. Going through the boxes in the attic and putting things in order so there are no loose ends. This energy also supports us in taking some time out, to ourselves, to reconnect with Source/Spirit/God/dess. When we look at our lives from the astral plane and get the big, long term picture it helps sort things out, sometimes they even sort themselves out!From just about any angle, however, it's a pretty shaky time filled with a lot of uncertainty. The eclipses came in and stirred everything up for another month, and these retrogrades prolonged the clearing process. So, if you can, the best thing to do is to relax, spend time in nature, have an art project, allow your feelings to percolate, and maybe journal your dreams and ideas, as it's a potent time for spirit messages. Coming up this Saturday, along with a host of "exciting" astrological phenomena, this Solar Eclipse promises to blow our minds (if they're not blown already). I explain more of what I mean by that in today's Pele Report. I suppose I cannot say enough about what a big transition this is psychologically, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. And how, with any huge evolutionary leap that we take, there are casualties, not everyone makes it, and a lot gets left behind in the process of becoming.I will liken it to an infant learning how to walk. I don't know how many of you can remember what this was like, but just imagine having to let go of the solid, comfortable support of the earth/floor, push yourself up using leg muscles you really are not familiar with, and then, let go of the couch or chair and just stand there until you fall? Really? And it was a long way down, I'll bet! And yet, there is also an exhilaration, a newfound freedom, a feeling of lightness that makes you want to get up there and stand again! And after a while of standing, you can walk, and after you're walking, you seldom crawl again. Well, that is the type of quantum leap in consciousness we are collectively facing now. A year from now, the entire landscape of planet Earth (consciousness-wise as well as politically and environmentally) will be entirely changed. And it may feel right now like the floor is falling out from under you, you don't have the muscle or balance or the know-how to get up, and if you do get up, you fall down. To say that the future is uncertain is to put it lightly. This is partially because the future will be very different for different people depending on whether they want to stand up, push to stand up, stand up again after they fall, or end up staying on the ground.While the portal is open to everyone, not everyone will be going through it. And those who do will be unalterably changed forever. So let's be kind to ourselves and certainly honest with ourselves that we are scared sh*tless! And then let's remember that courage (Aries) is action in the face/midst of fear.This is a time for courage more than ever before. I wish you all the courage in the world and wish it was easier but it's not. Let's all remember that just as you forget how hard it was to walk but are glad you did, so too will you forget how hard these days have been when you start using your new superpowers. A few spots left! https://bit.ly/hawaii-2025Happy Equinox with a Saturn, North Node, Neptune, Sun, Venus, and Mercury stellium spanning the cusp of Pisces and Aries! A great big WOW setting the tone for the year ahead with both Mercury and Venus retrograde. As you can see at the end of the video, Mercury and Venus are in what is called an "inferior" conjunction to the Sun (in between the Earth and the Sun as opposed to being on the far side of the Sun). The closer they are, the more of a role they play in the unfolding of consciousness. The interpretation is that this is a time, and this will be a year of rebellious speech, some radical, self-centered ideas, filled with fiery passion. The intention is to individuate and break free from the mass media or conventional norms, values, and thinking for all of us, as individuals, to have the right to speak our truth, hold our own values, and express our unique (maybe crazy?) selves! The nice thing is the trine up to the Moon in fiery Sag to doubly emphasize the desire for freedom!The challenges will come in the arena of feelings and emotions with Mars sesquiquadrate the Moon and square Chiron. Mercury in Aries is definitely straightforward (or blunt), and, backed up with a passionate, emotional, and subjective Mars in Cancer there can be some "Get outa my yard!" kinda rhetoric going on as folks (governments) may get possessive over their territory. This week's report is more personal than social as I discuss the feeling of helplessness (overwhelm) and the remedy of resignation (surrender) to deal with it. We can be at that point this week and this year, where we have done all we can and are now simply dealing with the results of past thoughts and deeds, the will of others, and God (or whatever you call divine intelligence/Creator/Source). It can be a wild ride if our deepest desire and attachment is to the ultimate truth (and not much else LOL!). Neptune in the last degree of Aries combined with La Luna waning after that blood Moon Lunar Eclipse(!!!) points to this week as a time of accepting ourselves, our lives, our relationships, our communities, and our world as it is. Trying to control, manipulate, change, steer, or, in other ways, modify the situation to meet our own perceived needs could prove futile. Like a gardener digging a hole,In order to plant a tree, I must first work and face the hole, Before knowing what will ber.☉This south node total lunar eclipse, as powerful as it is, is made even more intense by the Sun, Saturn, Neptune, north node stellium happening in Pisces, soon to be revisited by Venus and Mercury. There are a couple of major interpretations to note: first, this eclipse will be followed by a north node solar eclipse on the 29th in Aries! By itself, this indicates this full Moon as a time of reviewing, reflecting, feeling, and releasing the old to prepare for the new cycle beginning in two weeks.The fact that this is a south node eclipse in Virgo with the solar eclipse coming in Aries puts another layer onto the interpretation. This is not just another "letting go" exercise, this is a DEEP CLEANING. Virgo is a sign of initiation, the last "personal" sign that prepares us for relationship with someone/something outside ourselves. The natural fear is one of losing ourselves to the other. Yet, deep down, our soul knows what we need, and the farther we veer from its truth, the more intense the crisis that can be experienced at this time. Most often it will be health or work, but can manifest in other physical/earth realms too.The south node transiting Virgo from January of this year through July of 2026 will be bringing up and putting on the table everything that is inhibiting our soul growth. The point is to DIG deep down below the surface of the event/crisis to find the root. These roots lie deep in our emotional (and physical) attachments that are old and strong and form the basis of our identity, security, predictability, and comfort. Very often, we simply don't know on an ego level what's best for us, but our unconscious soul does! Someone, a work position, our physical health, our daily habits have provided us with a sense of self, purpose, and security for perhaps a long time, so much so that we thought it/they might be permanent (could even apply to the US government lol). Now the universe is telling us nothing is permanent, that we are constantly growing and changing, and the harder/longer we hold on, the more difficult growth becomes.So, this week, a beautiful way to celebrate this life change is through a GRATITUDE CEREMONY. Honor and appreciate everything that has gotten you to where you are now. This acknowledgment can/will bring up all the feelings that need to be felt, shared, and released with the past so there are no lingering doubts, suppressed feelings/fears, or subconscious victim/"this is happening to me rather than for me or by me" (my unconscious soul). Taking responsibility for having created this reality (consciously or unconsciously) is humbling and can be full of sorrow, but acknowledging it and calling upon Spirit for help/guidance is the lesson. The full Moon is a time of great illumination, and this eclipse multiplies it to the power of 10! The deeper you dive into your body/feelings, the more revelation, illumination, and gold you will find. Digging, analyzing, sorting, weeding, researching, and investigating the deepest recesses of your psyche are favored during this time! This is a year unlike any other, With everything shifting around. Like the eye of a storm I can stay still, And observe as it all goes down.☉Ha, let's see if you can! You may be tempted to tell somebody to go jump in the lake (or river in this case), but that may be better advice for yourself! Venus and Mercury, both in the masculine sign of Aries, are square by sign to Mars in the feminine sign of Cancer. The two Sabian symbols for the upcoming first quarter square Moon in Gemini are totally relevant, aren't they?While Mercury conjunct Venus is interpreted as pleasant conversations, Mars in Cancer with the Sun coming up to Saturn may turn some of these conversations upside down. The main point, I believe, is that this is all OK, totally par for the course. The fact is that we are coming to the end of our rope, so to speak, individually and collectively, and a lot of consequences are coming up, as well as the need for some very important decisions. This creates pressure. However, as the stars are telling us, it's not over yet, there is more digging to do, more feeling, more realization needed to make these big moves/changes. We've got five more weeks (at least) to swirl around in the waters of our emotional past to process and fully take our deepest needs into account before jumping to premature conclusions/actions.So, this is a time to scream, yell, shout, and let it out like the woman activist in the first Sabian symbol, but let's not stop there. Like a painter throwing colors onto a canvas, we can observe ourselves, once externalized, like the youth changing into a mature thinker (the second Sabian symbol). Once our fiery Aries desires are felt, brought out into the open, put on the table, and looked at, not only will we be relieved, but we may very well find solutions that would never have occurred to us had we not.Through all these stormy emotional days, let's remember where to find joy, excitement, and fun! Jupiter in Gemini curiously wants to learn, talk, write, journal, travel, and GET OUT AND ABOUT. Retrograde Venus wants to rebel against the conventional, old, "standard" forms of relationship and mix it up. Like a farmer tilling the soil,Getting rid of stones and weeds,I'm preparing for a new season,Thinking new thoughts and sowing new seeds.☉What a month we have ahead of us, folks! It's starting off with this new Moon in Pisces, Mars just gone direct, Venus now going retrograde, Mercury soon to follow, and then some very powerful eclipses. Hold onto your hats!What's it all about? Just like the mantra says and I elaborate on in this report, if we want to get a good result (crop), we want to prepare the ground carefully. Pisces and the 12th house have to do with what goes on "behind the scenes." Just think of ALL that goes backstage, a LOT! Especially just before the curtain rises. There is great anticipation, excitement, nervousness, and yes, sometimes some fear.Because the truth is that we simply don't know how the play (or season) is going to go. We have no idea what lies ahead so we have to prepare as best we can for everything and anything. Mercury, coming through past Saturn, is now conjunct with Neptune. We've thought about the practical realities, now let's let our imagination soar. Sure, things can fail, but oh wow, they can also blast off beyond our wildest expectations!The old adage is "Plan for the best and prepare for the worst."  Perhaps we have it the other way around now, with Saturn in mid-Pisces and Neptune in its last degrees. We've prepared for the worst, so now let's plan for the best! Venus and Mercury both to retrograde back to Neptune in Pisces from Aries say to each other, "Whoa, wait a minute, let's go back and get some more dreams and love, let go of some more stuff and then head out on our journey this year."We've got six weeks of Venus (Inanna) descending into the underworld and rising in the east as our warrior goddess. Six weeks of going down and in, humbly bowing down, finding our true spiritual core, and returning from the depths having let go of old ways, relationships, habits, identities, and lives in order to be re-birthed naked into a whole new Self.We know this is no overnight, easy process. While preparing for final examinations,Without knowing what lies beyond,I'm amazed at all I have grown through,And need to process so as to move on.☉What a time is this? SLOW, that's what. Time can speed up or slow down, and while there are so many things happening in the world, Spirit has now put us in an "eddy" on the river of life where we take a time out and look at our lives in slow motion. Just like in a sports game or movie, it's now possible to go back, slow it down, zoom in, look from another angle, and carefully examine exactly what happened. Jupiter, the great benefactor, just beginning to go direct again, is held up at the stoplight of a square to Saturn who doesn't want expansion until after June when a few more things are sorted out. This can feel excruciating for us fast-paced westerners. Coupled with Mars swimming (slowly) through the waters of Cancer and both Mercury and Venus preparing to go retrograde next month, we may feel like we are just barely treading water if not sinking.What may need clarifying is that the "final examinations" mentioned in the mantra really refer to INNER EXAMINATIONS. While some of us may project our need for self-examination out onto others and be scrutinized, ideally, we take this time and go inward (Mercury trine Mars in Cancer) and review, I would say, the last 33 years if you really want to be thorough. While this may be hard, time consuming, and emotionally draining/challenging, the results can be FANTASTIC! Think of how you feel after a colon, liver, kidney, and blood cleanse. This thorough internal examination can bring up all the toxic memories, emotions, actions, and consequences that, once cleared, will help your engine roar!While I hate to get political, the DOGE is a pretty perfect example of what can be happening on a personal, internal level occurring on a governmental level. We can each make our own Department of Self (instead of Government) Efficiency. It can be experienced as "trimming the fat" or a pairing down, but we will be lean, clean machines (just a metaphor, we know we're not machines!) by the end of this and glad we did it. I'm in a big transition,From an old to a brand new me.Though it's confusing, uncertain and scary,It's important that I wait and see.☉Well, the Leo Full Moon party is over today! Now, while she's waning through Virgo, Libra, and Scorpio, we can welcome the Sun and Mercury into Pisces. I think it is an interesting coincidence that the Gregorian (patriarchal) calendar ends the year and begins the next with Capricorn except that I don't believe in coincidences, LOL! The hierarchical, pyramidal socio-political, and religious structures, particularly of Western civilization with its focus on materialism (earth), capitalism, and competition (cardinal earth), are supported by such a calendar. However, if we look at the seasons of the northern hemisphere, where astrology has its roots, Pisces is the end of the winter season, with Aries bringing in the new year at the Spring equinox. This reflects the spiritual nature of this time when long dormant seeds just begin to awaken as the Sun warms the soil. As I discuss in today's report, we have not only the Sun and Mercury transiting into Pisces but the Moon's north node, Saturn, and Neptune! It's a big closing period of releasing the past in preparation for a new cycle. The Moon's node is just beginning a new 18.6-year cycle, while Saturn is closing a 28-year-old identity (who have you been for the last 28 years, and are you ready to shed it?), and Neptune is closing a 165-year cycle wherein collective unconscious is purging itself of old paradigms. A metaphor that came to me about this time period (the next couple of months) is the memory that I have of a "previous life" when I worked for Virtual Microsystems in Silicon Valley. At the end of the year, the whole company would close for a week or two while we did INVENTORY. Yup, we'd count every resistor, capacitor, PC (printed circuit) board, and even foam shipping carton to see whether or not everything was accounted for. During this time of inventory (reflection) no outward sales or activity took place. The deep internal examination sometimes led to accountability issues if there was too much or too little stock. Did someone make a mistake? Report too many sales or too few? Lie, cheat, steal? Break something, write down the wrong number, order the wrong parts? Sometimes, taking inventory can lead to deep self-examination where we find ourselves lacking, lost, or missing "parts of ourselves." Looking back, we may find that we're repeating patterns due to "not getting it," or we're just unable to figure certain things out in our lives and move forward. Alternatively, we may have some excess inventory! We are more or have more than we thought, and we underestimate or undersell ourselves. One way or the other, this process of Piscean self-examination, assisted by retrograde Mars in Cancer (home, domestic, and emotional life) and next month by Venus and Mercury retrograding back into Pisces until April, is a great time for learning, growing, and changing. My ego is like AI,  Getting more powerful everyday,  It's up to me as a soul-spirit being,  To keep it from going astray. ☉ This is a week that will be extremely "good," or extremely "bad," with sudden, perhaps shocking communications that the cosmos/life is bringing to wake us up to our unconscious patterns. As I discuss in today's report and as described in the Sabian symbol for today's first quarter square Moon, these communications will serve to make us more aware of, use, direct, and control our ego will forces more consciously. Uranus/Aquarius is not known for his/its gentleness or subtlety. The best thing we can do is use astrology and our charts to see where and how these energies are working for us so as not to be too surprised or overwhelmed. If we are proactive enough and sincerely ask ourselves if we are using our power appropriately for the good of all concerned or if self-interest and opportunism has been making our decisions, we can make changes before changes are forced on us from external, projected powers that be. Looking at it from a positive standpoint, this is a week of "raising the bar" in all our relationships, whether intimate and personal or friendship/working. This Sun/Mercury conjunction is happening in Aquarius which is all about the future, plans, visions, and enterprises. Projects can move along faster and smoother when everything is on the table, and transparency reigns, making greater cooperation possible and leading to better outcomes. Rather than following in the footsteps of so many nations fostering self-interest and isolationist policies that create competition and make life harder for everyone, let's co-create ways to support each other and make our lives easier! There is a magical, mysterious, spiritual world,  Within the one I know. I hereby choose to open my heart, To the wonder and awe of it all.☉ As discussed in today’s report, this new Moon in Aquarius, trine Jupiter and accompanied with a Venus, Neptune, north node conjunction signifies the possibility of consciously attaining new levels of awareness, letting go of past conditioning that has created misunderstanding, and owning our full creative power. This is not “achieved” through external action, force, or assertion but rather “experienced” within (= imperienced). When we relax and empty/open ourselves to the point of complete inner peace, there is another world within, often referred to as nirvana. When enough brothers and sisters let go of the “battle” to impose themselves on the outer world and realize that the outer world is but a reflected projection of the inner, we will truly begin to create a new paradigm starting with ourselves. Let’s do it!
