Astrology for the Soul April 8, 2026

I do think this goes hand in hand with what I was saying however, and underscores it. The Moon transiting through Libra and Scorpio as she gets bigger and bigger toward full, turns our feelings, hearts, and minds to our relationships, both personal and otherwise.  Aries wants to be sovereign unto him/herself (autonomous, self determined, and free) while Libra and Scorpio both want partnership, teamwork, and to "go there together."  Now, the Sun in Taurus points to a time of identifying very clearly for ourselves what we value, find pleasurable and beautiful, and what we prioritize.  The Moon coming through Scorpio is going to highlight the possible merging of us with a lover, a financial business partner, others with whom we are deeply engaged physically, emotionally, mentally, and/or spiritually, society, and even spirit beings on the other side. All of these "others" will pull us one way or another, want something from us, want to align with us, go deeper with us, or possibly even reject us.  Therefore, with this energy you can see the possibility of breakups and breakdowns as people's values and priorities simply don't align. The message with the Mars/Jupiter, Mercury/Chiron, Sun and others is telling us to dig down into our souls, not be distracted or swayed or pulled by any outside forces, and sit with ourselves until we are clear about who we are, what we want, and where we're going.  As usual, the opposite can be true. You may do just that and quit a job or break up with a partner you're not truly aligned with, OR, you may find that you ARE aligned and you're motivated to do whatever work is required (shadow work that is) to deepen that union. Woohoo! However, we should say Woohoo! one way or the other as the important thing is you tuning in, knowing yourself better, and evolving. With both the Moon and Jupiter in Cancer today I've had many feelings and realized that Life, Aries and others, don't really care about them! HA Life happens! And while there are so many things going out of control, it does all come back to self-management practices. Uranus moving into Gemini will come in with a bang this week, especially considering the Venus conjunction. The surprises can be both good and bad, but we all know by now that reality is spirit/soul driven for our own personal (and collective) evolutionary intentions. So, what to do when accidents happen? Whether it is your physical body/finances, or you are emotionally hurt, mentally disturbed, or spiritually disillusioned, the answer is pretty much the same. You slow down, you breathe, you relax to the best of your ability, practice patience, and listen inwardly. What is the message your soul is trying to give you? What needs to change? As evolutionary astrologers we know that all pain is the result of a resistance to change. This is not a time to beat yourself up because you're stubborn, it's a time to brainstorm and create new pathways of expression. When one door closes another will open, when one road is blocked there will be another. Uranus in Gemini will be calling all of us to be flexible, adapt, and hopefully make wiser choices resulting from our experience. Hola New Paradigmers!When I am disappointed,I'll take it as a sign,That I need to be even more present,Awake, and take my time.☉This week's mantra, which relates to the Sabian symbol for the New Moon coming Friday, speaks to feelings that can come up when we are disappointed, defeated, fail, are rejected, hurt, or experience loss.  I know that whenever these happen to me I begin to doubt and question myself and I know that this can get worse to the point of debilitating.  Especially when we take these things personally, we can go down the rabbit hole of self recrimination.So along comes a massive stellium in Aries with a New Moon to kick all of our butts!  As we know from astrology, however, it's not the planets, it's our own unconscious soul kicking our butts exactly where we need them kicked according to the aspects of our natal chart.  And if it's one thing that Saturn wants to teach us it is objectivity and maturity - to NOT take things personally but to rise up, see a bigger picture of everything that is involved and get over our bad selves.So, this week is like taking up the gauntlet, the challenge, and saying "Oh, it's not that I AM bad, weak, dumb, (fill in the blank) but that I could be better, stronger, or smarter!"  The big message here is that Life is supporting us in growing, expanding, and evolving with every single experience that comes along.  The more we trust life the easier it will be to trust that we ourselves can do better, improve, and get "back in the ring" for another round.  Bounce back better!It matters most when the chips are down what we think, feel and do.  Like I said in the report we need to be very smart and consider all our options, putting pressure at bay with proper boundaries so we can tune into ourselves and our truth for the right answers.  All in all it's time to "Get up, Stand up, Stand up for your Rights" as Jimmy would say!  Go for it!I Can Feel It Coming in the Air Tonight: https://youtu.be/PEWP9nbqG9Q?si=QhAeJZUsexp3V8u3 May 2 from 10am - 12pm PDT I'll be discussing in much greater detail not only what's going on in the world but what to do about it.  I hope you can join!  Check it out HERE So Much Love,Kaypacha🪐 Wanna learn more? Hola New Paradigmer!While the world is in contraction, My life is under construction, As I'm building a solid foundation, To prepare for my future expansion! ☉Yeah, I changed the mantra a bit after I filmed.....  Anyway, let's get a little techie here for you astro-buffs!  Stelliums are a fascinating study in astrology all by themselves.  They occur when three or more planets are in the same sign/house within a 9 degree orb (distance between).  With that definition we will be having an "Aries Stellium" pretty much until Mars leaves Aries for Taurus May 19th.  That's a lot of Cardinal Fire and we'll be seeing it!With a stellium it's important to note the order of the planets, which with these transits, is changing.  First, Mars enters Aries Thursday and hits Neptune, then Saturn, then Eris and finally Chiron before exiting.  Hence, we can interpret that Mars will shoot for the Moon (so to speak) with some very unrealistic expectations as it joins with dreamy, idealistic Neptune.  Then it will move on and hit Saturn April 18th and get really pissed off as Saturn will block, stop, inhibit, and try to correct his ways.  He'll then march on and hit Eris May 12th and the two of them will raise holy hell together.  Finally, on May 16th he'll hit Chiron for a healing crisis that could well involve hemorrhaging.  This foretells a difficult time ahead.  Next, enter Mercury Tuesday for a slightly different journey.  Mercury, the negotiator will hit Neptune first and express optimistic (even if not true) hopes but as it approaches Saturn on the 19th, Mars will be there for a 7 degree stellium all its own.  If Mars doesn't kill negotiations Saturn will.  Next comes the Moon which rules the public as well as the general feeling atmosphere.  She'll hit Mercury first next Wednesday, then Neptune, Mars, and Saturn within hours before passing the Sun for a New Moon (Whew!).  This brings me to the point I want to make, that from the 3/4 Moon this Thursday all the way through to the New Moon on the 17th everything will be blowing up, falling apart, and chaos will reign as she signals some final endings prior to the new beginning.  And even the new beginning, like many births, may well be painful and bloody with the concentration of energy remaining in Aries.However, THAT IS THE WORLD PICTURE THAT WE DON'T NEED TO BUY INTO, FOLLOW, STRESS ABOUT, AND FEAR.  Our job during all of this is to Saturnly keep our composure, discipline ourselves, our instincts, our emotions, and our actions to respond maturely rather than react, and go about our business, as warriors that will guard, protect, and proceed in spite of hostile opposition, oppression, news, or fear.  This is a great initiation and we will all be tested to our core.  We can do this!  Advanced initiates will continue to love, laugh, create, and build, perhaps with greater determination then before.  May the force be with you!This week's song is "Give Me Love":  https://youtu.be/EjHLxTGn--s?si=X2oC8HyWUOg-7y9cWanna simplify?  Check out Home Farm and tell em Kaypacha sent ya!  https://www.homefarmcostarica.com/Wanna retreat?  Check out Holos and tell them Kaypacha sent ya!  https://holos.global/So Much Love,Kaypacha2 FOR 1 SPRING READING SPECIAL! Hola New Paradigmer!I promise to do my shadow work,And not pretend I'm only light.For just like La Luna I can be black,And then white like her tonight!☉While we live in a dualistic, polarized world where soul evolution occurs through counterpoint awareness, the further away from the extremes we can remain the healthier we will be.  The extremes are only necessary when we don't "get it" from the lesser extremes, and they are more dangerous.  The less conscious we are, the more extreme our life experiences will be as the intensity of the extreme is needed to wake us up.  Unfortunately, we can see this playing out on the world stage as our extremely ignorant world leaders are creating extreme suffering for the masses.Hence, the thumbnail for today is "rock and water," fixed and flowing, hard and delicate, masculine and feminine.  Together, when in peace, they create great beauty.  Their differences accentuate each other as the contrast enhances the scene.  We are both rock and water, masculine and feminine, selfish and giving, childish and mature, narcissistic and empathic.  These different facets of our psyche can enhance each other and create a colorful personality that is well rounded and expansive.  However, too many rocks can dam the water or, vice versa, flooding water can destroy rock structures.  Libra wants to bring everything into balance and she will use this pink full Moon to help us see clearly, through other's eyes, where we are off balance and leaning more into one extreme or another.  Let's take this weekend as an opportunity to let our relationships help us grow more aware of ourselves and each other that our love may grow deeper, stronger, and vital.  Blessing on your love!This week's song is "You Shouldn't Have Took More Than You Gave:"  https://youtu.be/Xj2h0LSTY3U?si=75ww3GfinA_7HFSmSo Much Love,Kaypacha🪐 Wanna learn more? Hola New Paradigmers!It's hard to step back and go into me.But that's exactly what I must do.For as I let go of my old ways and means,I will emerge brand spankin' new!☉Ever feel like hibernating?  Well, now is a good time!  With retrograde Mercury conjunct the north node and Mars in Pisces, the sword of the masculine is seeking to penetrate the inner, spiritual world.  There is a lot going on for all of us right now and it is easy to slip into future tripping and reliving past events of our lives.  While a certain amount of processing is healing for the psyche, if you find yourself lost in the past or future try pulling yourself back into the now.In many ways, the only thing we can control is our thoughts, and the more awareness we have, the more we can invite our higher, soul consciousness to step in and not only accept, but be grateful for, all that life has given (and will continue to give) us.  A disciplined spiritual practice of quieting the mind will result in building an ever stronger sense of authority, control, and sovereignty.  We can only be true to ourselves when we are single minded and clear about our objectives, gifts, beauty and greatness!Pisces always calls us home to the Divine.  It offers us a more permanent sense of belonging, security, and love as we reconnect to the innocent, spiritual spark that brought us here in the first place.  This wound being worked on by Chiron conjunct Eris in Aries has been going on for years and will continue through the rest of this year, is also bringing up our fears of inadequacy, undeservedness, and lack.  It can be helpful sometimes to just say "So what? I'm a work in progress!"  Taking it easy on ourselves (and others), slowing down and accepting our "imperfections," knowing that each day offers us another opportunity to grow, expand, and love again, can really lighten the burden of trying to figure it all out, fix it, and "make things right."This is the gift of Pisces, where the Sun and Mars will be for just a little while and Mercury and the north node will be even longer.  The south node in Virgo says it's time to let go of some of that self criticism, perfectionism, and detail, so as to fully open ourselves to faith, hope, and love again.  We don't have to know everything as much as trust the flow of life to carry us downstream to our mother, the ocean and strengthen our faith in divine intervention when it comes to making decisions and taking actions.  So just "Walk On," or "Keep on Truckin'!"Grateful Dead!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSur0mFviT0So Much Love,Kaypacha🪐 Wanna learn more? Hola New Paradigmers!I can make a new beginning,Or repeat the mistakes from the past.Silence and suppress some voices within,Or integrate them all at last.☉What can I say, I've tried to not get too political with the Pele Report but kinda lost it with this last eclipse.  The thing is, however, that the message of the stars is the same!  As without, so within!  It's as clear as mud on your face, the Age of Aquarius is about "Unity in Diversity."  We're just now entering the Age of Aquarius and it will take another 50 - 100 years before we're fully "in it."  With Pluto (the force of evolution) having just entered Aquarius with the north node of the Moon also entering Aquarius July 26th, the world order (and our inner order) is getting shaken up.As I mentioned in the report, there are three responses to the evolutionary necessity presented to us in Aquarius which rebels from the existing societal norms to find new, more evolved, means of order and expression.  One is to rebel and go back, a second is to join subgroups, and a third is to go your own unique way into the unknown.  The old way is patriarchy, top down, male dominated, hierarchical, aggressiveness.  The new way is unity in diversity, expanding the container so it can include all points of view, beliefs, needs, and desires.So you see, whether it is planet earth or our own inner world, the project is the same - expand and integrate or keep doing the same.  Right now, the world order (dominated by Trump) is doing the same old same old, divide and conquer.  It is doomed to failure as it is not the path of evolution.  Likewise, we can continue to suppress some of our desires, those shadowy, "dark," really personal needs that have gone unmet cuz we're ashamed of them or they're not popular and might disturb the waters of our lives.We can use what's going on as a metaphor, we all have an Iran in us, we all have a United States, we all have a China and a Ukraine, and a Russia and on and on and on.  Our Super Ego (symbolized by the US) can try to dominate and subjugate (violently) these different "states" of ourselves and we can continue to be at war with ourselves with different "subegos" vying for control.  Or, we can invite all our demons to the table, have a council, work with our shadows, and expand our consciousness so as to not only include, but foster, love, and expand our awareness to the point of creative genius!  Let's go for the latter!For What It's Worth! https://youtu.be/TXVe2XH5rpk?si=hQgSI-8Qrhnlh4Ka Where Have All the Flowers Gone? https://youtu.be/1y2SIIeqy34?si=IActfuEUnhewfFJI So Much Love,Kaypacha🪐 Wanna learn more? Hello New Paradigmers!There is a patient, powerful wise one, Living within me, Waiting for me to ask and listen, For the guidance that will set me free. ☉Are you ready to reflect for a few (3) weeks on how to best integrate Spirit into your perhaps busy, full, challenging life?  I hope so, because the universe is open for one on one dialogue in these coming days.  It's no mistake He's turning around to go back to Rahu, the dragon's head just in time for the equinox.  It's like heaven putting a sign out "Open Now!"  If you're seeking some guidance on what to do, where to go, with who, for how long, and for what, now is the time to close your eyes and mouth and listen hard for those answers. There is no doubt that Saturn/Neptune, having now completed their third and final conjunction to begin a new 37 year cycle, ARE STARTING OFF SLOW.  Whew!  Nobody like Saturn to put a damper on things.  While world events are almost creating a smoke screen, there is still so much disillusionment to process that we need these three more weeks! While I took Saturn/Neptune through the 12 houses of your personal chart, let's remember that your chart is very complex and you may have felt some of what I said regarding a house if the conjunction is aspecting one of your planets, especially the personal planets (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars) near 0 degrees of any sign.  On another note, if they are not aspecting your planets and in one of the more "hidden" houses, you may not be feeling as much deep grief as others.  Just raise your hands in thanks! All in all, this is a beautiful week to reflect, write, paint, dance, sing, or simply give thanks for being alive at this time on planet earth as together we go through the "eye of the needle" together.  Let's all remember that a smile and a twinkle in your eye at the right time in the right place can be a miracle for someone in need.  Blessings on your journey.The song for this week is, I Can See Clearly Now: https://youtu.be/MrHxhQPOO2c?si=k-hYyBD10N_lkvzFSo Much Love,Kaypacha🪐 Wanna learn more?
