I'm Back Recording‼️

Hey guys this episode goes into some of the trauma's I've experienced on my journey. I also delve into some triggers I've encountered and just my overall wellness. This episode delves into the decision to get back into therapy. After so many bad therapists I finally found someone who was able to make a proper diagnosis. From generalized anxiety to Complex PTSD I am finally beginning to get life back balanced. Thank you to all of my listeners currently it is much appreciated. I am also working on growing this platform as I continue to share my journey. I will discuss my research, my goals to help myself and my community and share all of my experiences as I continue to learn the necessary coping skills for this thing called life. I mention my business and non-profit as well.

Having a bad day...week...life

Hey guys it's been a bit over 2 months it seems since I've recorded but I'm back with updates! Now that I'm back on my medication life is beginning to become a bit more bearable during this whole Pandemic we're in. I've been working on myself and aligning myself with myself if that makes any sense...practicing new coping mechanisms and tapping I to my creativity to make it through my days. Excited to be launching my online store for Zoe & Co. on Shopify and Yelp. Recently curated some amazing Body Butters for this summer and I'm happy about it. Pardon my static in this episode I didn't realize that was happening.
