Here's a practice for the next time a small choice freezes you: call it a tie.
If you've gone back and forth twice, stop and ask one question — would I be fine with either one? If the answer is yes, flip a coin and give the result one second. Relief means go with it. A small "oh no" means take the other one. Either way, you have your answer, and you don't reopen it tonight.
This is for the small, reversible stuff: what to wear, what to order, which gift, whether to reply now or in the morning. Bigger decisions still deserve real thought.
