I had the pleasure to chat with my friend William Pickernell aka Nativesaiyan who shared his incredible fitness journey. It's my birthday today! In light of this special day, I've uploaded a compilation of my sister's Birthday Rants. Every year she recorded a raw and most honest video about the lessons she's learned that year. During her 8, almost 9 years thriving with cancer - her perspective on aging shifted from being afraid of growing old, to   being privileged experiencing another year on earth.
