In this episode, host Keith Woodward talks with players Zach Metsa, Sam Lipkin, Collin Graf, and Jacob Quillan for part three of their conversation. There is one topic and one topic only: the University of Minnesota game; down 2-0, and we pick up the conversation from there. Two words that will resonate “Banana Land” (translation: The game is tied finally after outshooting Minnesota in the third period). All your questions about the game will be answered, including the planned celebration Jacob was dreaming about the night before. Fifty minutes of pure hockey talk, it is the voices of four of the six players who were on the ice when the National Championship goal was scored and how it all happened.
