Being an empath or a highly sensitive person means feeling things more deeply, being more connected with others, and also carrying around a lot of burdens that don’t belong to you. When you’re so energetically tied to other people, (who, let’s be honest, often act erratically and unpredictably) being out in the world is daunting. Energetic overwhelm is a very real thing that happens as a result of being an open channel. So these few energy “hacks” (if you can call them that) are intended to help ease that feeling of overwhelm, and to also remind you of the gift that is empathy. Manifesting is the evolved version of goal-achieving. What makes it “manifesting” rather than just “goal setting” is trusting in Divine Timing. There’s an element of faith and trust in a benevolent Universe that we are intrinsically connected to. It’s co-creation because we are taking purposeful action that supports what we want to manifest. And what we want to manifest comes from the calling within our Soul. The Universe responds to our actions with expansion opportunities. If we take advantage of our expansion opportunities, we will break past the old patterns that currently act as our manifesting ceiling. We shatter that thing, and our manifestation comes soaring into our lives presented on a bed of roses with a side of chocolate muffins. That’s essentially the entire manifesting timeline. The winding path we take through the process of co-creation. And this episode is going to serve as the foundation to all mindful manifesting from here on out. When I was giving birth to both my children, I made it VERY clear to all involved that I wanted to know the exact time baby was officially born. I wanted to know because I wanted to have the most accurate astrology natal chart possible for both my kids. With both of them, several hours later, I was holding them in the hospital room looking at their charts in awe.
