In June 2024, we hosted our first Running Hub Retreat in Paphos, Cyprus.  We wanted to share with you the successes, highlights and activites of what the group got up to.  Our guests took a lot away from the week, but the two words of the week were connection and conversation. In this weeks episode we will be focusing on how to transition from winter to summer training.  A lot of people will be finishing spring races and moving into their next training block with the summer challenges coming up ahead. Last weekend we were in Manchester cheering on at the Marathon. Fresh off of the plane from Tokyo, Sammy joined us to share her race experience in collecting her 6th star medal.  We also chatted about the marathon majors.
