Style & Serenity: Big Brother Edition

Mindfulness is so important.  It's a very important piece in achieving true Wellness for your Soul.  In today's episode, since you're already here having Tea Time with me, I thought it would be nice to go over some Tea Rituals.  These rituals will help you achieve the mindfulness that you need to think clearer and feel lighter, inside and out. And of course, it's tasty and good for your body too!
