Now I know times are different now and adjustments need to be made to keep businesses operational… But how do you properly assign new duties without the risk of affecting office morale? Because here is the thing, additional duties require management, and management can easily slip into micromanagement, which of course leads to possible office tension. And office tension can lead to office turnover, which not good for anyone. So how do you nip office tension in the bud before it takes root? Well, let me introduce to you Standard Operation Procedures or S.O.P’s for short. S.O.P’s, allow you to put systems in place to achieve a positive outcome in any business setting that is predictable, transferable, and scalable. You see, marketing is honestly just a game of attention. And there are two types of attention you can use: Created Attention and Captured Attention Created Attention takes a massive amount of energy and there is no real way to know if there will be a payoff for your efforts. While using captured attention is the path of least resistance to grow your business. It is kinda like if you needed water, would you rather dig for it or would you rather go to a waterfall with a bucket? Hopefully, you chose the waterfall...
